I ordered a jacket on October 13, 2022. I paid $73.50. I never received the jacket nor did I receive any shipping confirmation. I sent the company an email on 10/28/22 and 12/11/22 and never received a response. They have since shut down their website barbieville.com and the phone number goes to a voicemail.Business response

We sent out emails to all our customers about our company update, we ask if customers can please be patient as they will receive there package. Below is the email we sent out last week.
ello, we wanted to reach out to everyone by first thanking everyone for supporting my daughter's small business. We wanted to inform everyone that she has attempted suicide and is currently in recovery; as the owner's mother, I'm taking the time to learn how to fulfill orders from Shopify help center. Please remember that we are not a scam; my daughter invested everything into this company; she's a single-member owner with no employees and wants everyone to be patient as I fulfill these orders. We will also offer free giveaways and huge sales to show appreciation. Thank you.

Due to the incident with the owner of Barbieville and Me being the mother of the owner. We are trying our best to fullfill all orders as this is a custom product it takes 2 to 3 weeks for it to be made . Please be patient as we will be sending out more orders. And due to us already paying for the material and shipping fee you arent eligible for a refund because your item is at the fulfillment center .
