I like many other people, parked was unable to pay because there was no attendant on premises and also could not pay for parking through their QR code that was there. Their link was broken and not directing me to payment. Fast forward to day latter I had a bill in the mail for $80 fees for parking in a $5 lot. Either have someone there to take you money or have a link that actually works. The management company was zero help and it seemed that I was far from the first call that happened regarding this predatory buisness. I ended up paying $65 fee to stop them From sending it to creditors. Please help by shutting this down. People work hard for their money to have to pay a threatening company charging 600% percent fines for a job they failed to do.

My wife and I have continually received parking violations from this company for the past few months, even though we are paid in full for monthly parking for our 2 vehicles through her company at *****. After reaching out, they always waive the violations, as they acknowledge we are customers in good standing. However, even though they say they rectify the issues, we still continually receive violations on a daily basis. Now the violations are being sent to her parents as well, as they own the vehicle. We have now discovered, that some of the violations have been sent to debt collectors. Again, we are paying customers in good standing. This is an issue on their end, yet we still continually get harassed with notices in the mail. Now we fear our credit could be impacted as debt collectors have erroneously been involved as well. Not only do we need to continually reach out to this company to get a resolution, but apparently now we have to deal with debt collectors all due to their incompetence. My wife and I do not have the time nor the mental capacity to continue to deal with this. It needs to be resolved ASAP. Otherwise, we are going to pursue legal action.

I parked my car in a parking structure at ****************************** on 11/15/2024 for about an Hour and half. That structure is managed by Power Parking, HQ in *********. The technology they use is Parkme for charging for parking. When I left, this browser based technology would not work or seemed to only partially work. It was not clear. There is no person there or way to ask or get help. So I left.On Dec 6 I get a "fine" in the mail from PRRS (this is Power Parkings collections arm) for $80. I called them and explained and they said they could only reduce to $60. I told them that was unacceptable. They said the next step was a collection agency. This is tantamount to extortion. Create a scenario where there is no way to correct an issue, follow up with an absurd fine coming from essentially a collections agency associated with neither the owner of the parking structure (NordHouse) nor the parking fee technology (ParkMe). Then threaten me with collections, which I assume they think will damage peoples credit.Additionally, the dispute form on the **** web site (which I didn't fill out, I called them) requires you to agree to a terms and conditions section that essentially has you agree to any and all signage that might exist in any of the parking structure anywhere (what?). Such a scammy company.
