    Katie ***** told me to go to Blakewood on Nov 7th, I thanked her and told her to please let me know a time! After that she ghosted me, never heard another word until I left a nasty message. She then calls me back the next morning before they even opened! Their customer service sucks! They don’t thrive for their customers, they thrive over a negative behavioral response, I had left 3 voicemails & several emails. She tried telling me I didn’t leave my number.. lol, yes I left my # every time and one I left it 2s! And their is Caller ID, plus I emailed her multiple time! Crazy how she replied right back to the negative message!!! Sad, someone has to go to these length to get a call back! And when she did call back it’s wasn’t how she was sorry for not get back to me or how to make it right! Or to do what she said she would! This company has lower ratings, I think it has a lot to do with the management, I’m not the first to report issues with this company! I will try to find the owner and speak to them! If Katie is the owner this company is doomed! These pictures were very important to family and I got discarded like I was just another number! I paid my for my pictures, nothing came free! This company treat me like sh*t! I will take my business elsewhere! I will message the school director and speak to them about this issue and there rating! Most likely if ur reading this u had some kind of problem with this company, I encourage you to reach out to ur school director and have them find a new Photo company. Are kids deserve the best! Kim
