    Purchased a gas stove on 7/25/24. I received a 60 day warranty with this purchased. After two weeks the stove wouldn't work unless I put a lighter to it to work. I reached out to the company on 8/12/24 to tell them about this issue with the stove and a gentleman scheduled me for a service appointment for 8/16/24. The repair guy came out and couldn't give a reason for the problem and said he was going to reach out to someone else to figure out what the problem could be. He said he was going to call me with a resolution on Monday the 19th of August. He never called so I reached out to speak with the manager or someone in charge. And this call was placed to them on Tuesday August 20th 24. A man answered and put the female supervisor on the phone and I explained to her the problem and that I was waiting for the repair tech to call me. She put me on hold for awhile and came back to the phone stating the tech didn't answer his phone and that she was going to call me back. Heard nothing from her. I called again on 8/23/24 a man answered and I asked to speak with a Mgr he said the Mgr was out and call back in a few minutes. He asked me for my name and i told him who i was and told him i would call back. So I called back 30 minutes later and was hung up on twice. ***** would contact me to solve this problem. And my stove is still under warranty. On the receipt it states that there warranty is a promise to fix any problems. Not very trustworthy.

    [On 8/27/24 i put out a review on this business on their website. The manager responded to my review still with no resolution. It seemed liked he edited some of his response to that review which indicated to me he didn't care.  Now with this review he's apologetic. I don't believe his response regarding looking into this situation. Because If he wanted this to be resolved he would have contacted me before i took action.  your response here.]

    I have already reached out a few times already. I'm not sure who ****** is or how he thought this matter was handled  already. I really don't have the time for these types of games. All this back and forth they could of just call me. They should be reaching out to me if they wanted this resolved.

    Staff is very unprofessional they don't care about their customers whether they are satisfied and receiving good customer services my delivery for my stove was scheduled from 10 to 2 it's after 2 pm still no courtesy calls for my stove arriving late I called the store staff is very rude nonchalant no care about them being an inconvenience to me and my time was told by the manager named Money they can't tell me anything as far as my appliance being late they had all day still not here and can't tell me nothing it's 2:19 pm still sitting home waiting on these people they just don't care about their customers and I will not be purchasing any more appliances from this business very dissatisfied

    I listened To the conversation I understand the frustration for the customer And saying I'm sorry ****** times probably would help a feel better But He didn't and that's the truth It wasn't nonchalant he's just in a hopeless situation because everything went wrong today Not the customer's fault But he was in a position where he really couldn't offer any information or any help Because he's not the one doing the deliveries And when you explain that in detail people think that I don't know what they think It's the situation I really wish I didn't have to deal with and I'm sorry that this customer went through it But not every day goes perfectly And today was definitely One of those days

    I purchased a washing machine and dryer premium one with warenty parts and labor I'm waiting on them if they'll ever fix this issue if not soon it's been almost a month no remedy on broken pump in washer 4 months into my 1 year warenty they have yet to remedy this issue and they vulgar to me on the phone when when inquiring on warenty work that was guaranteed I asked to replace the appliance they gave me no answer other ham they'll be here 4/24/24 by 2pm if not I'll will take small claims court fir reimbursement of parts lavir time and stress due to my combat disability

    ************* reached out well after hours 945pm the day I filed the official complaint promised to come back and correct the half work they did and haven't not heard back for well over 24 hours and after multiple attempts to remedy this existing issue he knows exists

    I don't really understand this guy he went on ****** and made a review at 1:00 p.m. on Friday when he had an appointment for 2:00 to 6:00 that same day. I've called him repeatedly he sent strange text then stopped responding to text. He wasn't home for his service call.     I hired The Washing Machine Man to install my stove and haul out my old stove. Upon bringing in my new stove the employees dented my stove and scratched my floors They left without mentioning anything. When I called the store they denied it was their fault but then asked for proof it was them that caused the damage. I sent them pictures that were taken just prior to the move and they never called me. I left my experience on ****** Reviews and the owner responded by accusing me damaging the stove myself but refused to ever call me.
