              I bought a gun from Dunhams on 8-29-21. I made 3 payments: 8-29-21 down payment of $265.99 credit card, then 9-4-21 $300 cash and 9-6-21 $700 credit card. The guy at the gun counter said it was brand new and nothing was wrong with it.Once I got it home, a few days later I tried to fire the gun and it wouldnt fire. The hammer would not strike to fire the gun and the magazine kept falling out no matter how hard you put it into the gun. I had it looked at by a gun expert (*********************) near me and they stated it was a manufacture defect and that I would have to pay $500 or more on new parts just to fix it so it can be fired. After I found this out I called Dunhams on 9-17-21, but they stated "firearms are Not allowed to be returned" and there is nothing they can do. It's not legal to return a firearm. The receipt even states "Not valid for returns/exchanges."I tried to dispute the charges with my credit card company because I can't use the firearm, it's now an expensive paperweight! ******** will Not release a refund payment to my credit card company so now I am out $1265.99 because of a defective firearm they sold me and are not willing to refund me.

              Horrible experience the manager was extremely racist. I'm half Asian half German. I'm a retired senior enlisted Army veteran. I've gone to several wars for this country. I have very good income. I will spend my money else where. Please understand this was a real experience. I'm still very angry about how I was treated by that Karen.
