i bought a 2015 Buick Lacrosse on July 24.2024 for $8200 cashiers check. A LEMON. I took it back to the dealer 2 times July 26. I was told there was nothing wrong and Brian the manager claimed he drove it 2 weeks previous and he didnt notice anything. I then drove it to ***** ****** July 26th and asked them to check it out. They told me it needed rear rotors. I replaced them right there at Wild for $535. Then took it home a week later took it back to ***** ****** and then there they told me "take it home and sell it, the transmission is no good" that cost me $80. I contacted the DOT to which after 3 months I was told the dealer was not covering repairs. I am sorry I even attempted to do a deal with this place. Very unprofessional and downright rude. The manager Brian told me they sell quality cars, No sir they sell quality GARBAGE. How dare them take advantage of women. How do they sleep at night knowing they rip people off everyday?

Thank you for sharing your feedback, however we are of no wrong doing. We cannot forsee future issues on a vehicle and you elected not to purchase a warranty. You filed a DOT complaint against us and found we are not at fault as this issue was not present when you purchased the vehicle. ***** ****** never said the vehicle had a transmission issue, The *** inspector confirmed this during his investigation. We offered a discounted repair since no warranty was purchased.

I paid $11,000 for a 2013 Nissan Murano and a week later I had to have the car towed home because my mechanic told me it needed a new alternator. The dealer was willing to replace it but it would cost me over $300 to get the car to the dealer to have it replaced. They were not willing to assist me in any way. I'm a disabled senior and have no way of getting the car there so the expenses all on me. Austin the supposed service manager was very abrupt and dismissive to me. He also was totally insincere and dishonest with me on several occasions.

Sold me a lemon. And charged me $7000 for a 2008 dodge avenger. Wi buyers guide said it had no issues. They took advantage of me because I was a women, telling me the check engine light was on cuz the battery was dead. They told me to take it to their mechanic. I did the next day and noticed the windshield wipers were not working. I told the mechanic about that too. I picked it up. The check engine light was off but wipers were not fixed. They told me to take it to a different mechanic. By the time I got it there the check engine light was back on and it was leaking gas. They told me they couldn't fix the gas tank cuz it was discontinued and shipping a used tank is considered hazardous and therefore not permitted. I picked it up and the wipers STILL didn't work. Took it to a third where they used JB Weld and tried telling me this product can be permanent. Well it lasted a week and the so did the windshield wipers. I had to get rid of it for $2100. I traded it in cuz I didn't want to sell to a private party cuz its just wrong. They car is now on the lot for only $3500.

Hello, first off we are sorry to hear you are still having issues with your vehicle. This is the first time we have heard from you in over a month. We would be more than happy to get the vehicle back into a shop but that does not seem to be an option. The epoxy that was used, is made to be a permanent fix for a gas tank leak as it is described on the packaging. I am a bit confused, are you saying another dealership is selling this vehicle with the gas tank leaking?
