      I settled my debt with these evil people through a debt resolution company. That company forgot to provide a certain document and now Seventh Avenue got a different debt collector to represent them and are now trying to take even more of my Social Security. Stay as far as you can from these evil greedy pigs.

      They sent a letter saying my sister was pre-approved for $750.00 credit. She had just gotten out of thousands of dollars of debt with the help of Lutheran Social Services. She has a spending addiction, for which she will start counseling this next week! Anyway, she got on the computer and started spending and spending. She spent over $2,000 and they allowed it!!! After reality hit, she tried to return some of the merchandise only to find they were going to charge $40.00 shipping for just one of the boxes!!!!! They are evil and prey on innocent people. We are making a road trip to Iowa tomorrow to personally return 7 boxes! Warn people please. After reading other people's reviews, I am afraid of potential fraud and scams coming our way. Is there any way to head that off?

      I ordered a chairfor my mother for Christmas,and called back after arrival. To get return info .she went threw how to return when asked about the payment that I made,would be returned ?? She informed me that they took the whole payment out of bank ,it was clearly to be set up on installmant plan of 35 month that first payment over phone was 47 ? And then monthly payment he even gave me the total after payment was made .now my bank account is overdrawn and my rent cannot get paid,said it would go back on my account after return now this is so. Wrong because I will get charge from bank and my landlord.be lucky they don't give me a eviction notice thanks alot merry christmas to you too oh and was charges double of what item was supposed to be

      Never heard of this company until I received a bill for a rice cooker on an account I never opened. Also discovered they did a hard inquiry on my credit which I never authorized. Company seems to be a bunch of criminals.

      I have a similar review as below. Received a Ninja Blender that I didn't order, was ordered by "me", contacted the company with little success, waited on line for their fraud department for over 2 hours and ended up hanging up. shipping the blender back. was told it was purchased so I will receive a bill. Put all fraud protections on that I could and filed a identify theft notification and affidavit. continuing to notify them!

      ***************** received a credit alert from one of my credit cards. Called Seventh Ave. and found out an account was opened fraudulently in my name. After notifying them they still sent out a blender and did not stop the delivery using the the Fed X tracking # that was given to them. I called Fed X with the tracking # and was told only Seventh Ave could cancel the delivery, Called Seventh Ave again and was told they legally could not stop the delivery. Total ********. I received a bill *** $249 and am waiting for a response after they told me the first time they closed the account, To be continued...........

      I received a blender that I did not order from them. I reported it to them immediately and was told I had to send a notarized letter, identity theft info, etc., which I have done. Have also had to put a 7 year fraud alert on my credit due to their lack of oversight. Very difficult to reach a real person on the phone, when I do, they are less than helpful. No direct phone numbers or names available in the fraud department, no timeline offered for when the issue will be resolved. Credit department very unhelpful. Anyone interested in filing a lawsuit?

      They used my information to open an account and charge me for things without my knowledge. I found out on my credit report, this is a scam.

      Awful- fraudulent charge created and sent to a debt collection agency AFTER they already charged me 2 times, full price for my item. Now I'm fighting with and disputing a credit collection agency, and THIS is the first time I was even told they were trying to say I owed money. I had to hear it from the collectors, not a word from Seventh Avenue. HORRIBLE!! Would give negative stars for fraud, but- not an option.

      If I could, I would give them no stars at all. Someone opened an account using my name and Social Security Number for which I have now gone thru Identity Theft procedures. Ginny"s did nothing to verify the person's true identity, no picture driver's license, no utility bills for the correct address of the person opening the credit account, nothing to verify the person opening the account is the person he/she say they are. This is the problem with a "Buy now, Pay later" scheme that they employ. After sending the item back, they now want me to jump thru all these hoops in order to close the account. The lady I spoke with said it may take up to 3 weeks for them to receive the item from FedEx. I ship prescriptions thru FedEx and the USPS. They only take 2 days max to reach their destination. What a poor way to run a company. It is amazing people like this are still in business. I would never shop there nor would I recommend anyone else shop there.
