I totally agree with the review left by Morgan N previously. There was not enough communication between the sales person, the measurement person, and the installers. Truhome came to remodel our bathroom which included installing a walk-in shower, flooring, vanity, toilet, lighting, mirror, new electrical, base boards, vent, etc. We were assured that this was not a problem by the sales person. MONTHS later a person finally showed up to take measurements. Weeks went by, and so I reached out to plan this project. I finally got a response and had several emails with the installers, and that is when they were very specific as to what to order. I then ordered what I was told to order. The project finally started 5 months after signing the contract (way passed what we were promised). Turns out, we ordered the wrong items (at their direction). The installers pivoted and changed the plan and made it work. The project was "completed" in two days, but we were then informed that "TruHome does not "do" dry wall". How do you not "do" drywall if you remodel bathrooms? That is a question I was not given an answer to. So, here we are after the job was "completed" and I am mudding and sanding the drywall in my bathroom Hopefully I can complete the project before Thanksgiving. I would NOT recommend TruHome or Bath Planet. The installers did a great job, but they were not given the information they needed to effectively do their job.

From looking at pictures of your old vanity and reviewing correspondences, we wanted to ensure the customer-supplied vanity was not too deep as the original looked like a shallow vanity. We apologize you missed the height when you ordered your vanity. Regarding drywall finishing, we do not do drywall and that is printed on our contract under the demolition section. It states, "Special note: Drywall finish/paint not included." We will hang drywall if necessary, but we do not do drywall finishing. We have taken your concerns regarding communication into account and will be making improvements with our entire team to ensure there's better communication between each of our individual teams and the customer.
