I have an ** washer, 2 years old and just out of warranty. The machine would continue to spin and rinse, would not go into the final spin stage. I called Professsionals Choice, LLC and their tech came out. He diagnose the problem being the pressure switch. The part was ordered, I called 2 weeks later for an update as the tech said it would only take 3-5 days. They came out the following week and replaced the switch. The washer continued to do the same problem. The tech assured me it was going through the cycle and would resolve itself. The tech left to go to another call. The washer eventually errored itself out, and shut off with an error code. I contacted the tech and he came back over. He then said it was a valve, and he'd get it ordered- another 3-5 days for the part to come in. It's has now been 6 weeks and I received a bill in the mail for $260.79 - invoice# ******. I've called numerous times for a update on the valve. First she said it was on order, then she said she had to check with the tech because she wasn't aware of the part that was needed. I called 5 additional times, and they don't pick up my calls or return any of my voivemails. The bill WAS paid during my call to check on the status for the valve, to avoid being sent to collections. My washer still not fixed as the pressure switch was not the problem.
