  Very happy with our new roof. Everyone worked like a well oiled machine ... they had a plan and informed of what was happening every step of the way. The roof is beautiful , the workman ship is outstanding and we are very happy we hired them .

  My roof replacement project with Semper Fi Roofing started with a thorough estimate appointment with Able and Sam. All of my questions unique to my roofing project were thoughtfully addressed by Able during the estimate appointment. The visit was efficient and covered all of my topics of concern. Once my roofing project was scheduled, my Project Manager Erik made communication his top priority. I was informed of the timeline for materials drop-off, dumpster delivery, and arrival time of his crew on project day. The crew worked efficiently and delivered a top-notch roof replacement job. Once the project was finished, Erik went through the checklist to ensure all components of the project were completed. I could not have asked for more. Finally, my final payment was processed by Angela, who efficiently provided me the closing documents for my project. I am confident in the workmanship and materials that went into my project and the warranty that I was provided to stand behind it. Thanks,  **** *.

  Can’t say enough good about this company. From our sales guy Sam, to Ted, Ian and Darius. All have been extremely professional, hard-working and honest. Dealing with insurance can be a nightmare, but Sam didn’t let that deter him from helping us. He made sure we were taking care of and got what we fully deserved and wanted. Jessica in the office was professional and helpful. She was able to answer all of our questions and got back to us quickly. The communication with all has been wonderful. Even the communication about when the job would start and finished was fantastic (liked the online customer portal). All responded to emails and text messages quickly and resolved any issues/questions that we may have had. The install job was done in one day! Ian, the day of the install even kept us updated with pictures throughout the day, he even came back after install to check and make sure all nails were out of the yard (our dogs paws thank you ??)and everything was done properly. Ian made sure to follow up and make sure we received The finalized paperwork that we needed. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and are so thankful to everyone at SemperFi for making this such an easy process. Will recommend to all who need things done at their homes or businesses. Thank you for being such a trustworthy, hardworking company.

  Had Semper FI do 4 things for us. 1. Roofing - tear off and replace 2. Fix the front door that a different company installed that just wasn't installed correctly 3. 2 garage Service doors replaced and 3 garage window replacements 4. Tear off siding and install new Hardie Board With each project listed above we had a different project manager and crew. We have to say that it was great working with Semper FI. We love the look of how it all has come together. Each crew was very dependable, respectful and did great work. When they wanted clarification on something they were sure to ask and were open to our suggestions. I wouldn't hesitate to have Semper FI do any other work for us.

  Semper Fi came out to quote my senior citizen parents home to quote for a roof. They were thrilled with the no pressure tactics and were able to get back to them quickly (with the quote) as it was not a standard asphalt shingle. The only reason Im writing this is upon looking up the company, I noticed that they have been in business for 20+ years without many reviews and the two negatives are dramatically hurting the score. I would highly recommend.

  Sad day for a company that use the Semper Fi as it motto. Never got my quote to me after calling twice. Then they said they could have it sent out. Poor customer service. And the person asking for the quote was a disabled Marine. Please try harder if your going to use the Flag and the Marine Corp as a symbol of your company.

  Sales person and pitch were great. Project manager and crew left something to be desired. Very missing leading and not forthcoming with opitions. Was talked into OSB board (2400 dollars) to bring the roof to code (a lie). After we found out there is no code for roof replacement. Aslo we told there were areas on the roof with larger gaps than shingle manufacturer allowed for warranty (another reason for OSB). Found out (per manufacturer) that we could have opted to have 2 layers of roof paper installed which would have been much less expensive. After talkng with a couple other roofers and showing them the pictures, they indicated they would have just replaced those few boards. Had damages to products installed as well as some of our lights and leaf gaurd gutters. Debris not cleaned up, papers, wrapping, nails and wet wads of caulk in our yard (? if the dog ingested it?) We agreed to over look some damages if the repairs were done on time and correctly. The crew was a no show, and no contact for 4 days. They came back out and attempted to repair some damages, still was unacceptable. Have them on video using our yard for a bathroom, talking about how "picky" and "ridiculous" we were being about wringles/ripples and dents in the new drip edge.Took nearly a month and a half to get everything corrected.
