5 starsHad a great experience with this company. The owner was very professional and made sure the roof on my commercial building was taken care of from start to finish. 5 starsI have known for years that my roof needed to be replaced, but I could never find anyone who could come out and give a quote or estimate on a new roof. I came across the company online. They came out and gave me a professional estimation of what the cost would be. I hired them and they did all the work in two days. This co. is manipulative, lies, & threatens customers w/ legal action for jobs they don’t complete. Hired them to replace our roof. Salesman told us he’d be quoting out garage damage for insurance so we could find another contractor for that. Never showed up to take photos/ prepare paperwork, refused to respond to phone calls for weeks! Install day- co. didn't order enough shingles & made a poor attempt to plastic wrap the roof for the night. I woke to rain water STREAMING through my bathroom ceiling! They promised to reimburse $1,000 for this situation & stopped responding again. Ended up having to take a day off work and miss another day of vacation to deal w/ this bc no one from the co. was supervising & every time they were "finished" we found more wet areas. I finally talked to the owner for a couple hrs. He spent the time bashing his salesman, yet continues to employ him & never takes ownership for these issues. Ended up settling on $500 & he promised "in return" to finish the garage claim & deal with insurance. He promised that "the insurance companies are afraid of him" & he’d get the garage taken care of. He said he spent a lot of time on the phone with insurance. I called my co. & they said there was never a claim for the garage. I made a couple phone calls & got the doors replaced no problem, despite owner cursing my insurance co. and claiming that they were so terrible to deal with. Clean up- shingles, tons of nails, debris EVERYWHERE! Owner blamed it on the gutter contractors, but his company was responsible for contracting this & seeing the project to completion. No accountability, just more blaming of others. This co. claimed they went above and beyond for us (clearly not the case as indicated by my review) and that the project was done years ago (also not true) and that we just now are wanting them to resolve the insurance dispute (in reality we’ve been reaching out to them regularly since the project and have been blown off and lied to for months).

- VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this local business - quality work, competitive pricing - EXCELLENT communication and personal attention of the business owner - business owner personally helped with resolving reimbursement from insurance company - Fox Valley Roofing delivered the materials when they were needed (as opposed to dropping material off in my driveway and leaving it sit for several days)- Zero damage to any of my delicate landscaping, great job cleaning up after job completion Btw, I read Dj's negative review below. Stay away from Fox Valley Roofing. From tear off of old shigles to new install the workmanship is amature at best.Communication with this company involves broken promises and lies.Our concerns were met with insults, demands for payment and threats.Worst contractor we have ever worked with.Stay away from Fox Valley Roofing.Fox Valley Roofing & Siding Company, LLC

I am the owner of FXR&S and dealt with this customer personally, in my ************************************************************************************************************************* business, I have never ran across a customer like this, we bent over backwards for him in every way to make him happy and he would be happy one day and unhappy the next, after some research we do believe he has mental issues, this roof was done very well inspected by myself, we pitched his gutters that the insured was paid from the insurance *** to replace at no charge, where he decided to keep the money instead, ( wasn't happy with that either ) we redid a valley that was done correctly according to the *** code but he didn't care about that he wanted it done his way, so we re did it at no charge again, I cleaned off a spot of oil in his driveway that he said was from our trucks, didn't argue I was their cleaning the driveway personally.once again we asked are you happy now he agreed he was and the roof looks great. Wasn't much longer and received another text now he decided he wasn't happy with the ridge cap, told him OK D.... we will replace it and do it your way, and keep in mind this roof is a hail claim and the insurance *** pays for it.We are doing several of his neighbors roofs that said they really don't care for him.he has been slandering my business and my attorney is sending him a letter to Cease and Desist ( it is illegal to make untruthful comments about another person that could be harmful to their reputation and / or business regardless of their opinion the law is based on facts )and if it continues my attorney T......A......... is instructed to file a law suite immediately.Thank You ***************** owner FXR&SDj
