On 4/27/2021 I ***************************** took my *************************************************************************** the estimate on the cost of the paint job and minor repairs he quoted me at $4997.95 as to which I agreed to we had about a 15 min conversation about what I wanted done and how I wanted it as to which we both agreed to also we agreed on a time frame we agreed of a date of when it should be finished which was the middle of June 2021. So on the due date of which I was supposed to pick up the van the van had not been completed yet in fact the work on the van wasnt started until towards the end of may I believe which was an inconvenience because I was going out of town and that was part of the agreement was the time frame in which it needed to be done at the specific date,so I believe I picked up the van on June 20th so as I picked up the van I gave the van a visual inspection before heading into the establishment and I noticed that there was paint drips on the left side driver doors here was paint on the passenger side window there was paint on the rear right side tire and rim,there was plenty of fisheyes which are air bubbles In the paint I believe so as I entered the building I spoke to the manager about my concerns and dissatisfaction of the paint job so at that point we both walk out to see the van together he gave me some explanation about why that occurred I told him I dont like it I would like it fixed I stated Im paying almost $5000 on this paint I expect it better looking and his response was well if your paying $20.000 your gonna get a higher quality of a paint job as to my response was I disagree your website states the quality of work you provide and this paint job is not living up to that advertisement so after our discussion he agreed to fix the mistakes made.well I dropped off the van a few weeks later and when the van was completed I went to go pick it up and again I gave it another visual inspection and there were more mistakes made.
