January 29, 2022 11 AM. My wife and I paid $200 for Travel Covid test, with the promise to get the results before midnight the same day, however we never received the promised e-mail test results. Called 4 times at different times but nobody picked up or gave a possibility to leave voice or e-mail. We urgently had to find another lab (Hayat Pharmacy) which provided result within 1 hr on a Sunday (at an additional cost of $160 each). Summit still closed. Talked to Summit next day, travel day, to ask for a refund (prompt 6, trouble getting test results), and basically just got yelled at. Left for the trip, and Feb 11 called back to get refund (prompt 7) and after some discussion one person acknowledged that there may be some issue with their automated e-mail system, (I was not the first person this had happened to) however, they were not authorized to give me the refund. I had to speak to the owners who were gone on vacation, coming back on Feb 16th. Owners were referred to as ***** and *****. In the morning Feb 17 called back to talk to ***** or ***** and informed them I had not heard from either of them and told them I was leaving town so I provided my mobile phone number and was informed they would call back. Somebody did call back that day at 4:44 PM on our home phone but left no voicemail. Called back today Feb 22 about 9:15 AM and asked to talk to either ***** or ***** (the owners). After some time, ***** came on the line and said she was aware of the case and informed me they would not refund the money because they did nothing wrong. ***** informed me I had to talk to Fisel because she is not an owner, she is the Finance Manager.Feb 22, 2022 Fisel called back and argued that they did nothing wrong so they would not refund the money, offered to split the $200, but I rejected the offer since I did not receive the service. This company need to be investigated.

The two employees at the Germantown Wisconsin location are horrible. I went to have a rapid COVID test done and the employee did not want to wear a mask. When I asked her to wear a mask she got upset and started mocking me and rolling her eyes and said "I'm a medical assistant with a whole career" I didn't understand what the point of that comment was. When I asked her to please stop being rude she asked her coworker to swab me or I could go somewhere else!! Just horrible. The other employee said nothing and just watched as she tried to keep her kid quiet, but eventually did the swab. Yes there was a small child there!! The employee brought her small child to work. This is definitely not the place for kids. After my horrible experience I contacted a manager who said he needs to investigate the incident and that there are two side to a story. He said he will get the employees statement (which I'm sure they will lie). I don't understand why these employees are still here. I will not be returning and have reported my experience to the state.

BBB and *****,Our investigation has concluded. I personally spoke with ***** the day of this event. We interviewed and received statements from both associates that were involved in this situation. A follow-up call was made to ***** asking if she would like to email her statement as well. She responded by stating that I could use her ****** review as her written statement. One of the associates was without a mask due to coming back from lunch this was confirmed by both associates. From their standpoint they identified that ***** was put off by our associate not wearing a mask. The situation further escalated when there was a request to the other associate to hand a mask to the associate without a mask. Unfortunately, the situation escalated for that point. both associates claim that they remined professional and calm but did feel threatened by ******* comments and posturing. The associate without a mask did offer alternatives; have the other associate collect the sample or offering another testing location. Our policy states that if an associate is having a difficult interaction with a client; they should remove themselves from the situation. It appears that this was followed due to the other associate performing the specimen collection. There was also mention of a child being at the clinic. This is an accurate description due to the child's daycare being evacuated due to a gas leak. our Director of Operations was aware of this situation and a replacement associate was in route during ******* visit. This was further confirmed by documentation from the child's daycare. Safety is of the utmost concern for our associates, our associate waiting until a replacement associate was on location is acceptable given the situation. One of our primary goals is to always have more than one associate staffed at each location. Obviously, there are always two sides to every story. After speaking with all parties involved, I do have to state that as an organization this is not a typical experience. ***** made mention to similar review from six or more months ago for this same location. Stating that this was her same experience of this location as well. Not being on-site during the interaction and trying to put all the pieces together after the fact is always a difficult task. I as well as the rest of the leadership team do offer our sincerest apologies to *****. I offer *************** email ********************************************************** should ***** want to add additional dialog that *** have been left out. Respectfully,*********************

I am very dissatisfied with the response of this company. It is clear that they justify this behavior. My behavior was not threatening in any way. I believe that cameras should be in the sites to prevent false information from being shared. Upon speaking with the manager he was not aware of a child being in the facility and **** stated so the next day. I have forwarded my concern to the local media outlets for further investigation. Thank you
