    Winter of 2022 I decided to start taking golf ******s. I was referred to *******************. **** started a business that centered on his training. I reached out to him to pursue taken ******s from him. When he responded, he said that he was stepping back from giving ******s to support the everyday business in his new training facility. He had a golf pro named ********************* that was hired to handle the role of providing ******s. We setup a ******* it went well. I decided to book another ******* Unfortunately, communication with **** became an issue almost immediately. I brought my concerns to ****. He said he would get it taken care of. I received another ****** from **** and then he told me about a deal the business was running for a 10 pack of ******s at a cost of $800. This was about $250 less than cost of individual sessions. I bought the package from the business and made payment via credit card at the bar. I received 2 more ******s from **** which again went great, and then the communication problems began again. It took me nearly 2 months to get ahold of ****. I reached out to **** who said that **** was considering leaving Sunny Slope to go back to his old job at ******************* but that he would finish out giving the ******s. I tried for several more weeks to get in for ******s and then **** told me that **** was not coming back, but that "if I was willing", he could set me up with ******s from ******************************* who he hired to run the training program at Sunny Slope. I agreed to try. I immediately felt the ****** was not of the caliber I was receiving from *********************. I gave it one more chance. Next ****** not only did he spend nearly half the time on his cell phone, he provided little ******* I reached out to ****. Then he started not following through with me. It took weeks to get a response. I asked from my money back on the remaining ******s ($400). He said I could only have facility credit which is not what I paid him for.

    Better Business Bureau:

    It would appear that Sunny Slope was happy to resolve this issue once the BBB stepped in. They mailed me a check for the refund on case #********.
