We purchased a bow window from WASCO for $10,128.00. We had some minor issues with lack of communication in regards to the installation timeline as well as minor mistakes made during the installation. Our main issue is regarding the size of the window, we purchased a window package consisting of one main large window with a smaller window on either side. The ratio was to be 50% large window, 25%/25% side windows. We received a window that is closer to 75% main window, 12%/12% side windows. We emailed WASCO, didn't receive a response. Called and spoke to the salesperson. He had the service manager call us, the service manager couldn't address the sizing issue and had the owner call us. The owner was aggressive, belligerent and rude. He accused us of acting like crazy customers at ********** that don't know what they are talking about. The owner would not accept responsibility for the sizing issue and told us the change was nominal. My fiancee who spoke with the owner is in home remodeling and knows that a 25% discrepancy in sizing is not considered nominal. The tone and manner of the owner was completely unprofessional. At no point in this process were we contacted to discuss an alternative to the agreed upon ******. We purchased a premium product and did not receive what we paid for. I have attached supporting documentation. We would like to receive some sort of compensation for the mistake and treatment we have received. We would like to have a refund and/or replacement for the window as listed in the contract.
