On **** during a video call, ***** was aware that I needed cabinets removed, new cabinets installed which includes the dishwasher, new overhead microwave, remove tile and repair the drywall. ***** agreed that he would start the following monday. ***** didn't provide a contract nor did he get a building permit. I did request to know if this was needed he stated no. ***** started on the kitchen on ****. For the majority of the week ***** arrived around noon, one day he arrived at ****a & He would stay until between 8p -930p. One day he didn't do any work just his daily required trip to Menards to get ***************** on my billfor his business. As of 2-3 the work is not complete. ***** has started lying about things he said to me to my hubby. On 2-1 I reached out to ***** via messenger and stated that if he doesn't come that day to please come get his tools and provide me with a final ****. ***** stated he might not be able to come today or tomorrow 2-1 or 2-2. I told him to reach out to my hubby. During that conversation with my hubby ***** proceed to lie again and then he started accusing me of being aggressive however he was being aggressive and scolding me. I told my hubby to drop me off at the store cause I didn't want to hear ******* lies anymore. ***** accused me of threatening him. That Convo occurred on 2-1 around ****p. My husband dropped me off at ******* as requested and I went shopping. ***** then told my hubby he is taking us to court and putting a lien on our house. On **** approximately 2p, ***** arrived to receive the down payment of $1500, of the estimated $2200 to $2400 to complete the Reno. we had to have an electrician come to repair the dishwasher and microwave electrical lines because neither were working. That electrician said neither was to code and had to be done correctly. That **** is $463. On 2-3 ***** asked to come to finish. My hubby called & LM at 611. ***** then said he want full ********* tools. At this time work is not done.Customer response

***** contacted my husband about 15 minutes ago and requested to come get his tools.
