I was searching a product online when I found it's available at a great price in a store 44 minutes from home. I sent my brother screenshots of the item I was looking for which was simple tomato cages. They were advertised at ace hardware for the Berlin store being at $9.99 for a 25 pack online for free delivery or instore (curbside) pickup. Upon my brother visiting the store, he was not given that price and ultimately came home empty handed, but informed me that that's not the price and that the store gets recieves them from vendors in packs of 25. After knowing he left the store empty handed, I looked it up on line and I see it was still advertised at the price of 9.99 for a 25 pack. I took a couple screenshots of the listing as well as a video showing the whole listing. This advertised price was not honored and it's disappointing to have that happen. I feel like the right thing to do would have been to would be honor the advertised price and update any inaccuracy in current product listing. I don't want to get anyone in trouble, that's not my goal; I'm simply trying to get going on my garden all the while enjoying the prices that are advertised for consumers. I tried reaching out to ace hardware through both e-mail and there hasn't been any response. When I reached out via telephone, I was not able to meet any resolve. I don't know why, but I'm under the impression that if a price is listed by a business, and a customer is told a different price; that the advertised price is to be honored. I wanted 3 packs of 25 peices at $9.99 per pack as I clearly read on thier website, not the 3-4 dollars each that my brother told me they wanted. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this issue that doesn't make me feel like I'm losing out
