I had to get an interlock device from this business and that expires on the 24th of this month. My car burned in a car accident on April 28th and was deemed a total loss by the insurance. Which there was absolutely nothing left of the car after the fire occurred.Integrity interlock sent me a bill for $2650 for the damage of the interlock. And they are stating there was no proof that the interlock was actually in the car.3 days prior I have a receipt of them calibrating the interlock and charging me for it so that should be enough to prove it was in the car. The insurance I got through the interlock company states that I needed to provide a police report within ****************************************************************************************************************** the report the police didnt put that an interlock was in be car..which they couldnt of because it was on fire I do not think this is right, I am not looking for any symphathy from them but I think this is totally wrong I have been totally compliant and trying to get them the right documents and even tried to call the officer to change his report and havent heard back yet. Its very hard to get ahold of integrity interlock as well unless you email during hours. In the upload documents you will see in an email they are trying to put it on progressive to pay but progressive will only agree to pay $1,000 which covers my other losses I had like car seats/wallet/exc. either way I dont think this should be pushed on anyone but the interlock company and I think they are trying to get away with paying for this
