      On November 24, I purchased 2 raid products: 1.) Raid Flying Insect Spray 2.) Raid Fly Ribbon. In the last ******************************************************************************************* doing so. I have sprayed the Raid on Flies and the flies fall to the ground but minutes late the flies get up and fly away. I experienced the similar outcome with the Raid Fly Ribbons. I put up 5 ribbons out of the 10 in the box, gnats and fruit flies were caught but hours laters, the gnats and fruit flies walk right off the ribbons and fly away. These 2 products do not work, I reached out to SC Johnson requesting a full refund for both. The total of both products combined without tax was $9.22. After taxes, $10.00. SC Johnson is giving me the runaround. I being told to reach out to *************** while *************** is telling me to reach out to SC Johnson. Where does the buck *****

      I purchased the product that SC Johnson has produced for insect pray called STEM and it claims it's pet friendly and does not even have the ingredients listed for consumer review. After spraying the product I recognized a smell that is toxic maybe deadly to cats.. Citronella. I am horrified they are claiming it is pet friendly but includes an ingredient that is toxic to cats, i lost three cats to a spray that the landscapers used on my lot without notifying me using a pet friendly formula. This is false or misleading marketing and they should be held accountable for this.

      This complaint is in regard to a purchase made online with the company Sun Bum ScJohnson.The products ordered were not satisfactory. I initiated a return and emailed them several times doing so explaining why a return was necessary. On their website it clearly states if not satisfied a return would be granted. The return was within the 30 days, following their return policy guidelines, I was told the product (s)were opened, therefore a return would not be approved. How would one know if a product is acceptable without irritation etc. without trying the product first. I would like a refund, and to return these items with a return shipping label delivered to my email address. From Sun Bum: For a replacement or refund, please email ****************************** with your order number, email address used to purchase, and reason for request. They should have the email exchanges as well..

      I ordered 2 of the sc Johnson Raid fly/blue blue light traps and refills. These are trusted brands so thought they would work ESPECIALLY FOR THE HIGH PRICE, but no. They are awful, they do not trap even small fruit flies let alone a regular house fly. Yes I read the instructions.

      I had purchased some of the SC Johnson Glad automatic sprays. The one very large one is so loud I kept moving it so I was not impacted by how loud it is. I couldn't get it far enough away to stop hearing it and the smell is so overpowering. I set it at the lowest setting and it is still horrible. I read the reviews on their own website and they get a 1.5 out of 5 with 215 reviews. Others say the same thing, that it is so loud it startles you. I bought about 5 different models at ********** and some replacement cans. I would never buy anything from SC Johnson again. I don't even know what I paid for them, but it was a waste of money. SC Johnson knows they have very low scores on customer satisfaction and yet they still sell them.

      I purchased Drano *** gel last night (02/25/24) from ******* to clear a clogged Kitchen Drain, used up the entire 32 oz bottle and followed instructions on the bottle, unfortunately it did not make any difference. This morning (02/26/24) the line remained clogged and had to get a plumber to snake the line. The bottle I purchased has a money back guarantee on the label if it does not work. The instructions say to go to Drano.com for more details. Unfortunately that entire site has no reference or instructions on how a customer can get their money back. This is misleading advertising and I would like SC Johnson to make me whole and also stop the false advertising.

      I purchased Glade plug in air fresheners to put in our vehicles. I had one plugged into the dash of my pickup truck and needed to unplug it briefly to plug my phone charger up, laying the air freshener in my console. The air freshener had leaked and I didnt realize it at the time. A few hours later me and a friend was leaving to go somewhere and she laid the air freshener that was in my console in the backseat. It leaked out in my backseat. The next day I get in my *********** noticed 3 different spots on my console had paint peeling up like varnish remover had been spilled on it. I wiped it and the paint plastic and all was eat down and holes are in it. I was trying to figure out what had caused this and smelled of the cloth I wiped it with. Sure enough it smelled just like the air freshener and I immediately got it from the backseat and it is peeling the leather in 2 spots where it leaked out. I am appalled that your company would put out a product that would cause that much damage to surfaces if it leaks. Not to mention what it is doing to our lungs inhaling this. This stuff needs to be sold as paint and varnish remover or to clean up caustic waste not to be used in vehicles and homes.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      The lady from SC Johnson Called me today and said they could offer me $200 for the damages to my truck from their product which doesn't even come near to half of the lowest quote they had me to get.  I ran around and missed a day's worth of work getting 2 quotes like they asked me to do and they only offered $200 when the lowest quote for the damage was $700+.  They said that I should have known the damages that this product would cause if it leaked out and I should have prevented it.  They are basically selling paint remover with a scent to people and they are breathing this ****.  Anybody that owns a body shop should look into this product to remove paint and caustic material.  It works well, it will even eat a hole in whatever you put it on.  I made a ******** post about it today along with the photos and when I get my new console and my seat fixed on my dime I will do a video tutorial and make a tic-toc video to show how much damage in real time it does.

      I called SC Johnson to complain about one of their products. They promised to send me a refund in the mail. That was on December 15, 2023. It is now February 1, 2024. An entire month has passed, yet I still haven't received my refund. I've been wairing for 7 weeks now.

      I purchased Winddex Original at my local CVS about a week ago to use in cleaning antiue replica black powder firearms. The product is recommended for this purpose by some online forums while others disagree. The disagreement seems to depend on the concentration of alcohol and ammonia in the product and the type of metal it is applied to.I expected to find information on the product ingredients on the label, but SC Johnson uses a label format where the ingredient list is printed on the back of the label. I guess you are expected to read it through the container, which I found impossible. I have seen easy-peel labels using this format, but the Windex label is not an easy-peel style. The front label directs users to www.windex.com/original/ for details, but this site is mostly testimonials on how great the product is, and I could find nothing about ingredients.I searched the internet for a product safety sheet, an I found one at ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************. This did not have ingredients either, but it did say: For additional information on product ingredients, see www.whatsinsidescjohnson.com.Some searching of that site yielded this page ************************************************************************************************* which does list ingredients. I imagine this is in order of concentration, but no concentration numbers are given.My complaint concerns labeling. Today WIndex is a brand made up of multiple products. In order to understand this variety, I believe it is important for consumers to have easy access to an ingredient list that gives concentration info on at least the active ingredients. Printing info on the back of a label that is not easily removable should not qualify as a readable label, even if part of it is printed in Spanish.

      Today as well as on many other occasions, I purchased SC Johnson Glade automatic refills. Today I purchased a 2 pack and 1 individual can. While trying to get the cap off the spray nozzle broke off of 1 of the cans. This has happened several times before so I am very careful taking the caps off. There is no way to fix it! I have probably had to throw 25 or 30 cans away. At $10 for a 2 pack and $6 for 1 can this is getting very expensive for me. This company needs to fix the problem or make the nozzle to where the customer can fix the problem. Thank you
