              Impact Seven has refused to return the ****** security deposit paid to them by my deceased mother. They have already issued 2 checks to me, 1 written to my mother and I which I could not deposit, as my mother was already deceased. The second to me AND my sister which we both signed but my sister went back to her home town and did not write pay to the order of and for deposit only. I sent both checks back to Impact Seven asking them multiple times to write it pay to the order of my name AND/OR my sister, so I can deposit it without sending it to my sister to sign. Impact Seven has refused to do so and is now asking both my sister and I to submit Affidavit of Transfer forms which is NOT legally required. And was never required initially. My mothers estate consisted of ******** which was not even enough to cover her ******* cremation. I had my mothers apartment professionally cleaned for ****** and the carpet professionally cleaned for ****** and now Impact Seven has decided to make the return of my mothers security deposit as difficult as possible. All I am asking for is the return of money paid to them which is not theirs to keep. Thank you, I hope you can help me!
