    on 5/26/2022, I entered an agreement to have new gutters put on, my salesman said he knew the roofers, so I was happy to go ahead with the install, ABC's quote was to remove old gutters and haul away, I notified the salesman the day the roofers would be there, the roofing job was 18,500.00 and done in a few hours. about a week later two young men were on the property tearing off my old gutters and sawing them off leaving sharp metal points/ hangers hanging out then they started tearing into 39-year-old fascia causing a lot of damage, I called the salesman he didn't answer, I texted him and said something is wrong, I left messages for them to stop as this was damaging my home. I received text messages that ABC installs new drip edge and flashing, which never happened, I had to leave for an appointment. when i came home, the damage was done. why would someone destroy a brand-new roof and install new gutters??? why not cancel the job and leave like they were asked, greed simple greed. and now for over 1 year I have reached out trying to get them to fix the leaks, severe leaks that could damage my home and they will not even return an email instead they are trying to get the rest of their money without fixing the leaks or admitting damage to my new roof with Sawzall's and no sealants. i have sent numerous videos to their ******** franchise headquarters, labor and industry is aware, videos were sent to their personal phones and business email. nothing no admittance of any kind, no attempt to fix. and i am now being harassed. beware of this company, find another company.
