I ordered almost $500 is fly fishing gear from these crooks. Only to get nothing in return aside from a box of fly line and a delivered status on my order. Theyve ignored every attempt of contact and now they have shut down.Initial Complaint

Order placed at 12:00 a.m. on 1/10/2024 Partial order delivered on 1/13/2024 in a 5x7 sized envelope. Order delivered in the mailbox by ***** TFO rod/ reel combo with case was never received. Clearly this item would not have fit in a 5x7 envelope nor in the mailbox. They try to claim it was received (obviously impossible).Reached out to customer service and was given the runaround. Never answer the phone or return multiple voice messages.$203.96 in products never received. Look at this companies reviews. Clearly fraud is being committed egregiously here. Items ship from the manufacturer, they dont have them in house so how could they have shipped this item? I will be pressing charges on principal if they do not resolve this.Initial Complaint

On 1/16/2024 I placed an order online for a few fly fishing items. Within an hour after purchase my fly fishing guide told me I purchased the wrong fly line so I emailed ********** customer service and received an email response fairly quickly stating how to make the return. I followed the instructions and returned it via **** with a tracking number. They confirmed it was received on 2/12/2024. The same day ********** sent me an email updating my order but all they did was show all the products were delivered. I have emailed customer service multiple times asking for my refund and I have heard nothing. Now their store says temporarily closed"????Initial Complaint

My wife ordered a fly fishing reel for me as a Christmas present in December of 2023. She unfortunately ordered the wrong one, so I obtained authorization from them to return the item. Instead of refunding my wifes credit card (which my name is also on), they gave us store credit in the value of $375. By the time the refund was processed, the reel I wanted was no longer in stock, so I ordered a different reel, which was more expensive. I placed the new order on 1/11/24 and paid $414 for a different fly reel. After two weeks had passed, I had heard nothing from them so I sent an email. In this, I was informed it would be 1-2 weeks for shipping confirmation as this item ships from the manufacturer.I waited 2 more weeks, and still no shipping notification, so on 2/7/24 I sent another email inquiring about the order and received no response from them. I sent another email 1 week later on 2/15/24 with again no response. On 2/21/24 I sent another email asking for an update and received a return email saying that the email address is no longer valid. I have tried calling them and can never speak to an employee. So it has now been 6 weeks, and now I can not seem to even get In touch with an employee at this business. I have spent $414 for a product that it seems I am out of luck on receiving. I would either like to receive the reel, or I would like full reimbursement to my wifes credit card for $375, and my credit card for $39 which I paid the difference since the second reel was more expensive.Initial Complaint

False advertising of a lower price. Company sold me a baby product for $176. After 2.5 months of not fulfilling the order, they just cancel. They cannot falsely advertise lower pricing for a product and simply not fulfill orders.Initial Complaint

I ordered a fly rod on Nov 24, with the shipping be estimated at 3-7 business days. It has now been 15 business days and my order has not been shipped. I have been attempting to have them explain the delay in shipping but all Ive been told is that my order should be shipped out next week twice. I have also tried calling multiple times with no answer and have even left a voicemail that they havent responded to. I emailed again a couple days ago asking for an explanation and still havent gotten a response. I emailed again today (Dec 15) asking for a refund. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but at this point I would like my money back.Business Response

My husband purchased a cross-bow online and we also paid expedited shipping for it to be here in 3 days. We ordered it on October 16th. He had a hunting trip Oct 23rd. It is now Nov 1st we still have no cross-bow. And he had to postpone his hunting trip. I have emailed the company 3 times I have called atleast 5 times and have left messages. They have not emailed, called, refunded. NOTHING! THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED I THOUGHT THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A REPUTABLE COMPANY.Business Response

I purchased a crossbow on 12th didn't hear anything about for a week, so I asked them about it they said I should receive a tracking number the following Monday or Tuesday. didn't here anything so I notified them again and told them that since they couldn't get my crossbow in a reasonable time that ,to just cancel my order and just refund back to my PayPal which now they keep giving me the runaround and telling me they will tell manager about the returning my refund.
