              01/31/2023 I received a phone call from staff at Wisconsin Spine and Pain LLC informing me that my appointment I originally had scheduled 02/17/2023 had been CANCELLED and that ******************************** MD is refusing care for me. As of February 2022 I left Wisconsin Spine and Pain LLC as an established patient, I left on my own will because I wasn't happy with the level of service from the staff. I NEVER received a Discharge Letter or a statement from my physician (******************* MD) informing me that I can no longer in the future receive care. It's truly messed up when I try to go back for much needed pain management, an appointment was set up and accepted for 02/17/2023, then a week later my much needed appointment was cancelled by the staff, and for no reason I was released with no explanation other than me leaving on my own free will.

              I have been a patient of ******************** and a few Nurse Practitioners at Wisconsin Spine and Pain for several years and have always been treated with respect and kindness . My Pain is managed to the best of their abilities and is reviewed regularly. Appointments and procedures are scheduled for my convenience and prescriptions are always sent to pharmacy on time . Urine test and pill counts are discreet and respectful . This is the most well cared for and secure I have felt as a pain sufferer .
