On 08/22/22 I called Milwaukee Dumpster DBA Dumpster Rental A & P ********************** *** at ************. I talked with ***** and asked how the 15 yard junk removal service worked. I asked if there were any additional charges for paints, chemicals or TVs as their website says they take them all. He didn't know and told me he would have to call me back. About 30 min later he called back. He verified that there was no additional charges. The service was paid for ($435) and scheduled for the next day. ***** did request pictures which were sent later that evening. ****** ******* showed up with a trailer and stated he couldn't take the TVs unless he collected $10 ea. I contacted Milwaukee Dumpster and spoke with *******. ******* said there definitely shouldn't be any additional charges and he would contact ****** about it. ****** still took the money in order to take the TVs. They also took four tires in which they charged another un-authorized $50 to the original invoice. When confronting Milwaukee Dumpster about this, they immediately back tracked and said they should have charge me more. They sent me non-consented phone recordings of the original conversation, but not the other ones stating that there are no additional charges. They also refuse to admit that ****** took the $40 in cash for the TVs. So buyers beware of how dishonest and rude this company is!
