we purchased a **** cmax from them they called and insisted we need to have them send new paperwork for us to sign, but its only about our rebate on the ev tax credit when asked is there any changes to what we all ready filled out they stated no any change in the amounts NO..Then a few days later we received the paperwork it was stuff we already did and then on the last page I noticed the amount we owed changed by $125.00 we called talked to ***** and said why did you lie the paperwork is all he same we already filled out except the one page where its $125. more he stated sign it or you lose your car you don't own it yet even though we were driving it already and it was delivered to our house he would not back down and I stated I wanted to talk to his manager said no I am . I asked well whoever is above you ,nobody he stated .sign it or we will take the car back period .I said take it back then sick of your lies .hung up .he then called back and said he would send us a check for the $125.if we signed it my wife also heard this as a witness .he has since not sent the check now and as of last Wednesday we went there and asked for it .they said it was in the mail that day .that was last Wednesday and still no mail today I am asking make them honor what they said and send the check like they said .we should of received it by now and are just sick of the lies .I HAVE all the documents showing the two different prices but will only send if you need it .I think this can be settled just by you contacting them and asking them about this .
