      I filed a claim due to contracting the ***** virus before my trip. I sent in the documentation requested, payment ledger from travel group, luggage fees from airline, positive test result, etc. I then received an email again requesting the payment ledger as well as a baggage claim policy from the airline, Frontier. I sent the payment ledger again, and explained that Frontier does not have an online policy for refunding/crediting baggage fees. I had to speak to Frontier over the phone and the representative informed me since my flight was booked through a third party they could not assist. I received a second email requesting the payment ledger and baggage policy again. When I called the number listed on the website, ************, the automated system did not recognize my claim rep's name and didn't offer to send me to someone else. I also sent an email to claims requesting an update and no one has reached out to me.

      My wife and I purchased a Travel Insurance Policy thru AARP EXPEDIA and ***** Travel Guard for a cruise with MSC for Oct. 30, 2020. The policy number is **********. I called Travel Guard and requested to either transfer my coverage to a new cruise we booked with the same cruise line or to cancel since the cruise line cancelled our cruise due to the pandemic. They said they couldnt because I only had 15 days from the date I purchased my policy and they cant transfer the coverage. We paid $168.00 and expect our money back since it wasnt our fault. The Company strictly said, no we will not refund your money. Travel Guard ph # is ************ and booking number with MSC is ******** and the Itinerary number is *************.

      Bought travel insurance for my rental car for the dates of 12/21 to 12/24, travel insurance charges CC on the same date, while the car rental company does not, until arrival. Had to canceled my travel plans, due to COVID, on 12/18/2020, has been dealing with the insurance company since that day and have not received my refund, getting turn around and blaming "someone else", they are that ones that charged my credit card, not the car rental or other identity. Please see my documentation attached, with names, dates, times, etc.
