This is difficult. The bow it self is great. The scope is horrible. Can not illumination dial to turn. Have used Ravins customer support on thier website. It states they will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours been several weeks and tried 4 different times with no reply. Customer service there is absolutely a zero score. I miss Parker atleast you could speak to someone . 2500.00 for a crossbow and the scope is junk and customer service is junk. I told them in fourth customer support attempt that I would be contacting B.B.B. they seem to not care.

Purchased a centerpoint wrath 430 package on 09/15/24 package arrived 09/20/24. Took the crossbow and sighted it in. During that process two of the bolts that came with it broke in half after one shot each. One of them I never found as both pieces shot over the tree line. On 11/15/24 while using the supplied rope cocker the sled on the cocker snapped in half severing the string and breaking it. This causes the rope cocker to come back and hit me across the back of the hand leaving a lot of swelling and two deep gouges in my fingers.I contacted Centerpoint to figure out if it is under warranty or where to get it repaired. I got an automated reply and a week later still no response from their customer service. The crossbow was registered under warranty. Come to find out their warranty doesn't cover most of the parts of their crossbows. They also try to state shooting anything but their bolts voids the warranty along with a bunch of other things. This company is putting out cheap products and getting people hurt and dodging them when they come to them for help. A search of ******, *******, ******, etc of *********************************************** complaints and reviews will show you how many people aren't getting more than a few shots off their products and having catastrophic *********** what I should have before purchasing and do your homework on their products. My advice is stay far away from center point and ravin.

I purchased a new Ravin R10 from ******* end of Jan 2023. I wanted to make sure I had got out ahead of the current inflation and decided to get well before the upcoming season. I shot the bow maybe 25 times over the Summer, it was dialed in out of the box! Fast forward to November 2023, I was hunting in a well built blind, steadied on a nice 8 point without any obstructions. Turned the safety off and squeezed the trigger. The bow blew up in my hands! I missed the buck, thank goodness I did not wound it. Took the bow into ******** and they tell me I have to go through an authorized dealer which I did. The dealer in turn, tells me the bow is fine, no issues, but I need a new string/ cable, etc.. And by the way "Ravin will not take care of this issue since they do not know how many times you shot the bow. I suck up my priode and pay the $200.00 out of my own pocket as they would not do anything about it. This is a brand new crossbow that I paid over $1200.00 for and they will do nothing for their customers. Dealer proceeds to tell me the factory strings and cables are junk and they should not be selling these bows as they are. Fast FWD to October 25, 2024 Sitting in the same blind, arrow cocked, bow on safety, hanging on my bow hook. 4:40PM my Ravin R10 goes off on it's own while hanging on my bow hook with safety on. Call Ravin, wait for over 3 hours on hold and request for a phone call to be returned and nothing. Go onto their website and find where I can submit a complaint, complete the complaint just to have them respond via email that I need to take to an authorized dealer and they can provide any assistance needed to fix the bow. Proactively call the dealer and they tell me I can bring it in and pretty certain I will be responsible for anything done. They are not standing by their product. This issue is deeper than a simple fix and Ravin will not address. Never had this type of issue with Ten Point Crossbows and may be going back depending on Ravin.
