This complaint is against:Capitol Physical Therapy located at : ****************************************************************************.After undergoing hip surgery at the beginning of June 2021, 20 sessions of physical therapy was completed for the duration of three months. The Orthopedic Surgeon recommended an additional 4-5 sessions thereafter. As a student I moved to *******, ** and contacted Capitol Physical Therapy for appointments and understood that I would pay $100 per visit. We recently received a **** for $937.90 as the insurance has paid ZERO and Capitol has submitted charges to our insurance after verifying the insurance incorrectly. Our insurance only covers 20 physical therapy visits per year. My family reached out to Capitol Physical Therapy and spoke with an individual named : Kaylie and asked for the name/contact of the Manager overseeing this clinic. Kaylie replied that she can not give out this information and the Manager is :"Really busy..." ! This response is unacceptable. We have asked for the Manager to reach out and left contact info. but there has been no contact. In conclusion there needs to be immediate attention in this matter as the $937.90 in unjustified. We have already paid the $100/visit charges for the four visits to Capitol Physical Therapy and no further amount should be due when there is no coverage by insurance.
