    I was scheduled to have a tire rotation, they said the original lug nuts couldnt be reused, and it would cost $200.00, so I went to another repair place and he said nothing was wrong with the original lug nuts, and he told me where to purchase a whole set of lug nuts for less ,When they need to be replaced. I will not be returning to sleepy hollow.

    They do not stand behind their parts warranty. They put in cheapest aftermarket parts and when they dont last, they dont stand behind their word! I would never buy another vehicle or recommend anyone buying a vehicle there!!

    Went in for tires. They told me my wheel bearing was bad( it only had 2300 miles). So I let them replace it but wanted to see old part. They gave me outer casing with no bearing to check out. It had been torn apart. They damaged my new tie rod & ripped boot on new axle while replacing bearing that didn't need replacing. I am disabled mechanic with lung cancer & can't afford to b screwed like this. Sad days we live in. Peace fellow humans
