      5/4/22 my unoccupied automobile was involved in an accident in front of my home by one of their insured. He stopped to give me his home address information but it was 24 hours before he shared his insurance information. I proceeded to get 3 estimates on repairs and I shared that with the insured and Partners. They balked at the estimate I decided to go with in the best interest of my vehicle. He went with the cheapest. I've twice requested access to a rental vehicle and they are not responding. My vehicle is missing a front headlight that I doubt is street legal, so it is parked and I have no transportation. Please help me get my car fixed and them to pay for it.
