An event took place in the building where our suite is located. This event was a Craft show, and during this special occasion, we offered a one-day promotion on our permanent jewelry. The special deal was to buy one bracelet and get a second one for half the price. Each individual chain's price per inch was displayed on a printed and framed list for all customers to easily see. At the event, a client arrived with a friend and showed interest in our permanent jewelry bracelets. I explained to both the client and her companion that we price our jewelry per inch as we also do necklaces and anklets. They both found the prices reasonable, and the client decided to choose two different chains. While setting up the first chain, I mentioned that a jump ring would secure the bracelet, to which the client agreed. However, she changed her mind twice about the second chain before finally making a selection. After securing both bracelets with jump rings, I ensured they were properly attached before the client left. The client provided a photo on Google (when leaving us a bad review) displaying the secure attachments. Once I entered the details into our GlossGenius system and informed the client of the total amount due, she paid with her credit card. The client left a negative and impolite review on ******* changing her story multiple times. In the review, the client claimed her wrist size was 7 inches, although it was actually measured to be 6.25 inches during the service.

During our one-day sale, the offer was to buy one bracelet and get the second bracelet at half price. Initially, the clients wrist was measured at 6.25 inches. (while her companion's wrist was measured at 7 inches.)
The first bracelet she selected costs $25 per inch. Therefore, 25 multiplied by 6.25 equals $156.25 for the first bracelet.
The second bracelet she selected costs $15 per inch. 15 multiplied by 6.25 equals 93.75 ($93.75) this bracelet is the one that she received half off. So $93.75 divided by 2 equals ***** ($*****)
Adding $156.25 to $***** equals a total of $203.13 for both bracelets.
If her wrist size is indeed 7 inches, the cost would have been higher.

Furthermore, she was informed about the attachment of the jump rings, to which she agree. Both bracelets were thoroughly inspected for secure soldering, as evident in the picture the client provided in her negative review on *******

the information she provided in her response to my complaint was untrue. she did not say per inch she said per unit and did not proceed to explain that. i was under the impression it was $25 per bracelet because other businesses that do this type of service dont charge $200 for two bracelets. she overcharged me, and she isnt willing to resolve it. all i want is my money back.

The client was well-informed about the pricing per inch, as it was clearly displayed on our framed pricing list, which was shown to her and her companion before the service was carried out. Additionally, the client filled out, signed, and dated our release and waiver of liability form. Having acknowledged all the information, received the complete service and product, and been given a complimentary aftercare kit, a refund will not be issued. Thank you.
