            This company had people install a water softener in my home when I was NOT home and no one over the age of 18 was here, it was in collections and on my credit report for 7 years and in good faith I paid my monthly payments for the last 5 or 6 years, they keep harassing me and I am tired of dealing with them, they told me they would give me a settlement and I ended up with covid, but they don't want to hear it. I do not want this account to go to collections AGAIN and I am not giving them anymore money, they continue to try and run the transaction in my bank account and keep assessing fees and I told them not to use this account and I don't use that account anymore, it has $1 in it. This company is money hungry and they are wanting money for something that I haven't had for years! I've paid them more than what I owed them, they need to stop harassing me.

            This is a scam company! I received a letter in U.S. mailbox from them. It was 2 pages about what does **** ******** **** do with your personal info. The letter is issued in my married name of which I had legally changed to my maiden name in 2010 via my legal divorce & have not used my married name in 13 yrs. since my divorce. Also I own my home since 2005 of which the letter was mailed to. I called the # listed for questions & spoke to Allison ID #**** 12/08/23 & she said she could not pull anything up in the computer via the name on the letter head & ask for my social security # of which I most certainly did not give to her! They are a fraudulent company trying to scam people. I have not applied for any financing of any kind since I bought my vehicle in 2004 so, I know for a fact this is an attempt to get personal information from me. Beware & do not give them any of your personal information, COMPLETE FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
