I bought a car from them and the dealer stated that everything was working fine with the car. Soon after purchase I took it to a mechanic and they found over 5 grand worth of issues with the car and the dealer refuses to help me. I should not have to dump 5K into a car I havent even had for two months.

Hey, here you go! Also, the charger was back in the shop due to a bad driveshaft, apparently its been bad for over 6 months. I just want to know if you knew about it before selling it to me? I dont knowingly sell anything that is bad. I rely on the couple of mechanics I pay to safety inspect our vehicles. When they tell me its good to go, they get sold. If the driveshaft was bad for that long, I feel like it would have been an issue at the shop when it went through the inspection. Yeah but the mechanics I take it to said its been bad for awhile. I just wanted to let you know since the issues Ive been having with the car, according to my mechanics, have been due to parts that have been bad for awhile. I dont want to ask for any assistance but I figured Id make you aware. Its possible the mechanic judged it to be safe and legal. The state of Wisconsin allows used cars to be sold that are obviously used. Every mechanics opinion of what is bad is very different. Especially when one wants to get business and make money. Not saying it doesnt need to be replaced right now or anything. Just wanted you to be aware of how it works. I know how it works but a bad Drive shaft isnt a safe thing due to acceleration problems. As I said before, Im not asking for assistance since you already paid half of the last repairs but Im just notifying you of new issues my mechanics are finding that have been going on for awhile.

I sent that text before it went back into another shop and they found more issues wrong with it. I would like a refund or some type of reimbursement for the parts Im putting into the vehicle

After hearing about the issue, we paid to have the Jeep brought to the local Jeep dealer and supplied the customer with a loaner vehicle. We were told it was repaired, we paid the bill and the customer picked up the vehicle. The vehicle left her stranded again. This morning ,April 29 I picked up the vehicle, It started right up, and brought the vehicle to the Jeep dealer in *******. We supplied the customer with a loaner vehicle, we are trying to get the vehicle repaired at no cost to the customer, but we are at the mercy of the repair shops.
