      VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS BASICALLY PROMISING TO ""HEAL"" YOU OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. Does that sound like a scam!? It does to me! From eval appointment, it sounds like they expect me to drive out there 3 times a week for a less than 5 minute appointment. My spine is very jacked up, chronic deformities, including some I was born with. They told me they could fix it all if I come for a long time. I don't know this for sure, but it sounded as if they would only treat my neck for months before treating my lower back.

      Many people come to us with chronic issues that have been going on for ***** years or sometimes even 70+ years. Often these people have lost hope and think they are a lost cause, and that truly hurts us. We are here to tell you that is not the case. The purpose of our initial consultation and evaluation is to truly investigate and find the root cause of your health concerns, not just chase symptoms. This allows us to fully understand whether we can help and if there is hope. When someone has a jacked up spine or chronic deformities, we unfortunately cannot expect change overnight; it is going to take time, repetition, and commitment, and we like to be very upfront about that. Health is much like working out, running a marathon, or eating healthy - its not achieved overnight, and it takes time. While working out once a week is a great starting point, it likely won't help you achieve your long-term goals. We would love the opportunity to find you a chiropractor who may better fit your desires because the right chiropractor at the right frequency of visits will no doubt change your life for the better.We also want to clear up that we never focus on just one single part of the spine and nervous system, and that is because it all works together. We cant assess and care for one part without assessing and caring for the other parts. If given the opportunity, we would thoroughly explain our care recommendations to you before ever starting any care.If you would like to learn more about how we (or another chiropractor) can help, please give us a call or email us and we would be happy to set aside some time to better explain things for you and provide some hope, because we truly believe you are not a lost cause, even with chronic deformities.

      I had never been to a chiropractor before and was apprehensive over this from the start. However, the technology was so non-invasive and the staff was so understanding, it turned out to be an exceptional experience. I've met several of the doctors and they are very knowledgeable. They also speak in simple English, so I can understand the process. Super impressed!

      Connect Chiropractic is VERY informative and takes the time to actually explain things to you. I felt ignored by so many doctors, orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists but Connect actually showed me what was causing my symptoms.       They charge more for previous services rendered after you can no longer afford the service and cant be seen any longer.

      While we can't comment on a specific case due to privacy laws, I can guarantee that all practice members are ONLY ever charged for services rendered based on the prices that we told them before they started care in our office. For some practice members, we do offer multiple different payment options, including installment billing, to help make care more affordable for those individuals. If a practice member decides at any time, for any reason (including financial), that our care is no longer for them, our policy is to review their account and provide them with a breakdown of services rendered vs. payments made with the purpose of letting them know whether there is a credit or a balance at that time for the care that was already rendered. If someone is on an installment/financed plan, then yes, there may be a balance for the services rendered because monthly installment payments do not match the services being provided that month. We strive to make this very clear at the time of agreeing to this installment billing plan by having two separate and very simple receipts that are signed agreeing that they understand how the installment plan works.Our apologies if you or someone else feel misled in any way, as that is certainly not our goal. Our goal is to provide affordable, simple, and true healthcare to everyone.
