      Bought an electric range from them December of 2024 and spent the extra money for an extended warranty coverage. February 20, 2025 the touch screen on the front started to malfunction and was almost to the point of unable to use and we tried reaching out for a warranty claim. To this day (April 18, 2025) it has been nothing but frustrating trying to get any answers about what they are going to do to fix this or send someone out to help. We have called multiple times a week and spent literal HOURS on hold and have been hung up on by store associates. At this point i just either want my money back or a new stove, i will never recommend this store to friends or family. I WOULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS IF AT ALL POSSIBLE

      I recently stopped in at the Grand Appliance stores located in ************ and ********** Wi looking for a counter top microwave. At the ********* location I walked in to find employees sitting at a huge counter and told one employee what I was looking to buy. He in turn pointed to a section of the store and then looked down and ignored me. I then walked past all the sitting employees and an older gentleman stood up and asked if I needed help. He briskly walked me past all the microwaves in two aisles and said "that's it". When I told him the size I needed, he responded "we have nothing like that". This man was no help at all and seemed to not care at all.This took me to the ********** location where I walked in and was never asked for help at all. I wander around to actually find the smaller size microwave on the shelf. I then had to walk up to the counter and tell an employee I found what I wanted. I told her I would take one and here reply was "we don't stock any thing here, we're just a showroom". For me, this was simply a waste of time spent trying to make a purchase from Grand Appliance Center with what seemed to be a poorly trained sales staff.NEVER AGAIN !!

      I purchased a 5-year extended warranty on my washer and dryer through Grand Appliance, and I regret it. I filed a claim almost two weeks ago and have made multiple follow-up calls to both the warranty provider (**********) and Grand Appliance.I have been told three times that a service company accepted my claim. I learned through my follow-up phone calls with Centricity that the first company didnt service appliances from Grand and they dropped my claim, but ********** failed to attempt to contact another provider. The second repair provider, which ********** named to me and claimed had accepted the claim, told me directly when I called to check on the status of my service that they dont even have a service department. Another call to Grand Customer ********************** resulted in a call from a third company (the first who actually called me). I spoke to that that technician Friday afternoon said he'd have his field service tech call me today (Monday). I did not receive that promised call and my call to him and my text and phone call were not returned. I sit here going on 2 weeks with no resolution in sight. Bottom line: I would not recommend spending money on an extended warranty through Grand Appliance. The risk and hassle simply arent worth it in my opinion. Going forward, Ill be purchasing appliances from retailers who actually service what they sell and stand behind their products.

      Horrible absolutely horrible will NEVER SHOP OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS BUSINESS EVER EVER AGAIN I MADE A APPOINTMENT IT WAS OK THEN I GET A CALL SAYING IT WON'T BE IN TILL OUR AGREED UP DELIVERY DATE SO I ASKED WHY CAN'T I GET IT ON THAT DATE THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS SO SO VERY NONCHALANT LIKE WHATEVER...I PAID FOR A SERVICE AND THAT SERVICE TOTALLY ******.. WHY CAN'T YOU FIT ME IN KNOWING IT WAS A FAULT OF GRAND APPLIANCE BUT HEY THEY DON'T GIVE 2 **** ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

      I ordered a refrigerator online and it asked me if the shipping address was different than the billing address. I replied that it was and it allowed me to enter a different shipping address. They texted me on a Sunday that they could deliver the next day between 9am and 1 pm. I responded 'Yes' and the replay was, 'You are all set, we will see you on (date for Monday). I decided to give them a call on Monday at 10 just to check on the status. I was bounced around and put on hold for 30 minutes. One person told me I was the 4th on the truck, but then transferred me and I ended up in someone's voicemail. I called the local store and they put me on hold to check with the warehouse. After 10 minutes the call disconnected an no one called me back. I called the store again and sat on hold for 15 minutes until the same salesperson answered. He then informed me that the delivery was cancelled because my shipping and billing addresses were not the same. He said they sent me an email on Sunday. It was in my Spam folder, so I did not see it. When I asked why they did not call or text he had no answer. When I asked why I received a text that the appointment was set and nothing about it being cancelled, he had no reply. I still have not been able to talk with anyone that can actually make a decision as I get stuck on endless hold getting transferred from one person that knows nothing to the next. Terrible customer service and terrible communication. I will never purchase again from Grand Appliance. If I could give zero stars, I would. They clearly do not care about their customers and only care about trying to make a sale.

      I purchased a dishwasher in April of 2020. Have five year warranty on it. You can use the paper the warranty was written on for toilet paper. Between the warranty company and the service company they use they stink. Dont return phone calls. Still waiting from before Christmas to get my dishwasher repaired. Thanks a lot Grand Appliance and your warranty company

      I purchased a simple microwave on their website Last week, set up delivery for today and had specific instructions to contact my neighbor since I was sleeping because I work overnight and they couldn't even get that right.. after I woke up I called my neighbor and he said he never got a phone call from them at all. I checked my phone and they texted me at 11:45am. I even contacted their customer service at 9:30 AM before.I went to bed and gave them specific instructions.Not the contact me but to contact my neighbor and the driver couldn't even do that. Worst CS Ever!. Order is canceled!!

      Bought a refrigerator. First one had to be replaced due to a dent in the bottom of the refrigerator that was there when we received it. Received another refrigerator. The ice maker didn’t work day 1. Then they replaced the door seal and freezer door slides. Freezer keeps freezing over. Have to use a blow dryer to thaw the freezer door slides. Called the head of customer service he said he would contact ******* and call me back. That never happened. So now my year warranty is over of course. Stuck with a piece of ****.

      A lot of money for appliances that don't work and warranties that aren't honored. A lot of time and trouble trying to get appliances that actually work. A lot of time without a stove or a microwave that works properly or a dishwasher that works properly.I wish I had checked here before I wasted my money at this company.

      We spent over $10,000 on appliances at Grand. It was a high pressure sale, I felt like I was on a used car lot. We were promised a rebate and then none of our model numbers qualified for the rebate. But that was on us… I guess we were supposed to fact check the salesman or something. Then the microwave did not fit our cabinet even though Grand had our kitchen measurements, so we had to return. The hood above the cooktop doesn’t match anything. Our $2500 refrigerator hums and you have to hit it on the side like it’s a 1975 television set to get it to stop. We cannot run the washer or dryer at night because they are so loud. Our double oven runs so hot and it vents out the front so when you are baking it gets so hot in the kitchen you can’t even stand being in there. Our $1100 washer is now a paperweight. It just won’t turn on all of a sudden. No one knows why. It’s not even two years old. And I have no faith in any of the other appliances lasting. Forget about customer service at Grand. They are terrible. They don’t return calls. I actually got a very rude and snippy email because I complained about calling four times with no response. I expected a return phone call. Sorry… my bad. This guy prefers emails. OK, so how would I know that? I called you four times. As these appliances start dying, I will replace them with affordable appliances from ******* or something. At least I’ll get an 11% rebate. I got nothing from Grand.
