End results were good, timely and reasonably priced. Painters were friendly and respectful. Rashad, project oversight, was great and very knowledgeable. Logistics office was disorganized, perhaps just inexperienced.

Thank you ****, Im sorry if you had some frustrations and one thing we will take from this is find the exact mistakes and improve those. Im glad to hear also although the start was a little rocky everything else was to your standard and the completion left you a satisfied customer. The staff at Pro-painters were very professional and once the service began they were very efficient with the time that they had to paint our living room and hallway. The painter sought out my opinion before wrapping up for the day and they cleaned up any supplies that needed to be put away. There was a bit of drywall work to do and it was completed very nicely and the paint that I selected matched perfectly for the work I wanted done. There was a bit of a concern when it came to scheduling the work however that issue was addressed very quickly and to my satisfaction. 5 starsIm really happy with the product I received from Pro Painters. I had a 4 story facade of my building painted. I worked with the Rashaad and he delivered 100 percent of what he said he would. Timely, professional, efficient, great attention to detail, all the things you would look for from a true pro. We are a non-profit organization that contracted with Pro-Painter to complete a scope of work on a residential property, administered through a program funded by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
