    I started conversing with Joshua from Bieck Management in April 2024. The one time I could get him on the phone he said he was out of town for a few days and wouldn’t get back to me for a few days. Never even called me back AND they ran a hard check on my credit, which affected my credit score! It’s the end of June and I Still haven’t even heard anything from Joshua or Bieck Management! Very poor management skills!

    I moved into my apartment 2.5 years ago. The maintenance man was made aware of the repairs needed. He never made the repairs and changed jobs without notification until a month prior. Bieck management trusted him to make such repairs and when they hired the new so called on-site maintenance man. He never came around for inspections. I fell behind in rent, but took money from my 401K to catch it up during the process of eviction. I went to court 3 times and Bieck Management was never there. After catching my rent up, they locked my online account, so I couldn't pay rent anymore. They had a retired lawyer sending me letters stating I owed back rent and damages. The apartment was in better shape when I left than when I moved in. Bieck Management is NOT a honest firm per my opinion. I'm homeless now because of the scare they put on my credit report. Thank you.

    Company is worthless!!Took over management from a prior company that was managing our apartment complex and they absolutely do the minimum. The maintenance worker is dibbling with tenants and they raise your rent but when you call about things needing fixing they act like youre bothering them. **** tries to over talk you and has a smart mouth, also this the first company I ever rented that doesnt give rent receipts. Had a call returned about some prior issues that needed to be done at my house and he said well you did follow the chain of command but if that doesnt work then contact us because maintenance can get busy. He then laughed and said yes thats right thats what we do collect and raise rent and dont fix anything. I asked was he being sarcastic, he replied no Im trying to help! Well thats not helping. I wish the owner would go back to prior rental commpany
