    ******* ********* Co Advanced exteriors took my money and never did any work. Please go the "****" and research this owner/ company. Look under case search - circuit court. I am still in the process of trying to get my money back. The facts are listed there.

    This is completely fabricated and untrue, as described by Mr ******* We have a contract for $100k + worth of work on his home. Work was begun, materials were ordered, a Cash deposit was made, and suddenly Mr ****** decided that we need to cancel the contract and cease all work IMMEDIATELY.  After much back and forth with him, it was made crystal clear that we are ready, willing,  and able to continue with the work. He told me to "return" the special ordered materials that were ordered for this project. I explained to him that is not an option.  They are Special Order for a reason. And he proceeded to hurl insults and threats at me in text messages and emails. All of which will clearly show the harassment,  threats, and unhinged behavior shown by this person. The reason no work has been done beyond the initial days of work,  is because we have been threatened with arrest if we come to the property. This person refuses to return our tools/equipment left on site. We have legal counsel to explore our suit against Mr ****** for breach of contract and defamation. Be advised, Mr ******* This will be dealt with in accordance with the state laws at this point. Any assertion that we breached this contract in ANY WAY,  is false *** misleading.  I have all of our correspondence.

    Approximately two years ago I engaged said contractor to repair a leaky roof which allowed water to enter my bathroom below. The charge was $900.00 and they caulked the presumed area of the leak. This did not solve the problem and the continuing leak has severely damaged, if not ruined, the new insulation I had installed above my bathroom after they had said they had repaired the leak. They have since then come back twice as I have informed them at least a couple times that the leak remained unrepaired and that water continues to seep into my bathroom. Each time they did nothing but caulk some more. They consistently, repeatedly, and adamantly have refused to entertain the proposition that more repair work may be needed besides caulk to rectify the problem, even though the work order references repairing the saddle as needed. I have recently requested that they give me a date and time that they will return and what they intend to do to finally take care of the problem. I have not seen or heard from them. Payment has been made in full and still I have waited over two years for adequate and complete repairs to finally be made. I expect the contractor to immediately do all that is necessary above and beyond useless caulking to finally repair the leak as they agreed to do.

    On March 16, 2022 I signed estimate **** from Advanced Exteriors of Wisconsin to seal 7 seams on my gutters in the front of the house that were leaking water. Also to fix a downspout in the rear patio area of the house.The downspout was fixed after 2 attempts and the 7 seams on the gutters are still leaking and getting worse after 4 attempts. I have tried to work with *********************** the owner to fix this now ongoing problem. They have made 4 trips out to fix the gutters but start to leak shortly after each attempt. **** has told me he will not refund me any money and this is not a priority. I am requesting a refund because I have paid for something that was not done correctly. I no longer feel this company is capable of fixing the gutters. In a years time the gutters are now worse than ever and I don't know what the expense will be. I have attached some documentation from texting with **** and the original invoice and pictures.     Good morning. 
    I did contact the consumer protection agency and provided the same information I gave you.  I also put a review on his website and he responded to that if you want to look at it.  I wouldnt mind talking to you on the phone please call me at your convenience ************

    I realize nothing will come from this but you asked I provide any feedback and this was the text he sent me last night.  

    Just a heads up *****. The state of Wisconsin dismissed your claim against us based on the facts of the case. You lied repeatedly. And now you appear to be on some sort of crusade to bad mouth our business based on these same lies. We will gladly file a defamation suit against you *****. You cannot continue to make false allegations and accusations against us. You will not win. Read up on it. Nobody wants to explore this course of action. Certainly not you. We have honored our warranty right up until you started negotiating "discounts" and change orders with one of our technicians.  You've gone too far with this. The next you hear from us will be a court summons. Trust that

    I have responded to this complaint already. I will do so again, for the record. This is a situation where the customer was advised that the condition of the repaired area was poor. In her instance, it was a gutter repair. We cleaned and caulked the seams of her rusted and old gutters. We advised her that new gutters were warranted. We explained that no warranty would be given, as the gutters were CERTAIN to leak again at some point. They lasted 6 months. Then leaked again. We gave her 3 additional repair trips, totalling (4) service attempts. Ms ***** solicited my installers on the 4th trip to sell her new gutters "on the side". We have a zero tolerance policy on this, and our installers told us of her offer. I personally confronted Ms ***** about her inappropriate offer, as we had ORIGINALLY suggested new gutters. She threatened to give us bad reviews if we did not immediately issue her a full refund. Which I refused, based on our efforts to date and her transgression against us. She followed through with her slanderous reviews, and we are holding to our stated position of not issuing her a refund. If we could Rate customers, the same as they Rate us, she would get 1-Star for lying, deceiving, slandering, and soliciting our installers for side work we already quoted. We provided good faith effort, and feel that we are square.
