    I’ve been going to this dentist for 3 years, and I have never experienced such an awful, uncommunicative, unfair, and possibly illegal company policy until today. This company proactively reached out to me in November to schedule a “cleaning only” appointment, as to which I made the appointment with them via text for the date of Dec 17th. They then reached out on Dec 3rd to confirm my appointment, in which I confirmed on Dec 4th. On Dec 5th, they took it upon themselves to re-schedule my appointment without my confirmation, for Dec 18th. THEN on Dec 15th, they reached out to me to tell me they had to reschedule my appointment on their end. it was rescheduled for today, Jan 5th. So not only have they re-scheduled my appointment 3 times, one of the times, they did so without my consent. Not only did they fail to mention anything about an exam when creating my appointment or rescheduling, they failed to tell me what I would need to pay up front when I came to my Jan 7th appointment. I showed up to my appointment and they told me it would be $233 up front for my cleaning and an exam. Again, no one and no text message conversations that I have from you guys, state that you need a payment up front, WITH insurance? I am allowed 2 free cleanings a year through my insurance which does not include any exams. I made this appointment specifically for a cleaning only. Therefore, I should not be paying anything up front for my appointment. If there were an exam to be given or a balance that I would need to pay, that needs to be told up front at the time of the appointment, and it was not. I have documentation through text messages of every interaction I have had with you guys about this appointment since Oct and I would be happy to send these over to prove that no one mentioned payment or an exam, only a cleaning. I am also still waiting on a call back from a manager, supervisor, or HR because no one was able to transfer me, and it has been 2 hours so far.

    Adding on because I ran out of room to type. I attempted to talk to the ladies at the front office regarding this situation on the day of my appointment and that I have never paid anything up deont, and they just said it was new, but couldnt provide me with any additional information. When I showed frustration that this was not told up front to me during any of my scheduling or rescheduling abd they continued to tell me bye, have a great day! over me in a condescending voice, which is completely unprofessional and immature. I would have expected them to show empathy regarding this situation, explaining how everything works, and that is their/your guys fault for not explaining any payment to me up front.
