              I purchased a stove and refrigerator from colder at the oak creek furniture store. I received my delivery on the 6th of July 24. My daughter excepted the order for me. I went over yesterday and noticed scratches on the right side of the fridge.I called customer service and spoke with a representative and explained the situation with her. She said that there wasnt one like mine to switch and it would take a while to get a fridge in. I told her that I didnt want to exchange but ask if I could get a discount and I was told that she could only give me $35 dollars off. She asked me to take pictures and send to he because the driver took pictures of the side and there was no damage. I sent her the pictures and she said that she would call me right back. I ask her to send me touch up paint and that is when she asked for the pictures so did send and she did call back as she said that she would

              I returned a stackable washer dryer unit , cause it didn't work and they only gave me 70% of my money back. They said there is a30% restocking fee. How do you restock a defective washer? I was first told to pick out a different unit , they had none at the time, so I purchased it else where. So I got penalized 30 % for a defective machine, doesn't sound right, unless they are reselling it, and that makes no sense.
