On May 20th 2024 I contracted **** of time moving company to pick up a Gun safe I purchased from a store in ******** and deliver the safe to my home and install into my house. They took about 3 weeks to come out, when they came out to deliver there was 2 employees that stated in order to move the safe to my basement "the 2nd ****** needed training.,They could come back in about 2 weeks" and move it after the training was done Since May I have had to call multiple times and e-mail multiple times about the situation and inquire when they would be coming back as they just left in my garage and mind you its September now. Time after time to hear reasons or excuses that I still have documented on e-mails. "were sorry the lead tech was off work", or some other reason for not getting back to me, I was mainly dealing with ********, *********** finally contacted me after multiple reminders and asked me for dimensions which I provided in details with pictures attached and then advised "Sorry we cannot move this safe into your basement, that it was too large". even after the original employee who came out and said yes they can move it, his partner just needed stairs straining to move the sage, he stated he has moved "tons" of safes into basements and was a common practice. After this information was provided to me I then proceeded to investigate who the owner was for "**** of tune moving which is **** ****. I have since left messages with his office personnel (*******) for **** to call me back to see what can be done about this and NOTHING.... Crickets from **** or the company, After engaging the owner one would think to at least have a response back. I can be reached at ******************* or **************.Now I have already paid them in full $342.00 to move this safe from the store to my house and installed into the house, only to have this sit in my garage. I also have to contact a competitor of theirs to get it moved and pay more $$$$$.
