    On 6/26/22 I purchase 5 packs of 4 tickets from Noahs Ark water park for $170.00 When I arrived at Noahs Ark water park on 7/1/22 they scanned my tickets and told me that my tickets were not 4pks that they were individual tickets. I asked to speak with a manager. Two showed up and spoke to me and my parents so rude and disrespectful that we decided we werent going to go into their establishment at all. So I requested a refund and I was told by the Managers that they cant assist me that I need to contact their admissions office. When I contacted the admissions office on July 5 I was told the manager was in a meeting and they would call me back, they never did. Called back again on the 7th of July and they said out of the 10 managers at the park there wasnt one available at that time and they would call me back. On Saturday 7/9/22 at 7:30pm I received a call from one of the managers I spoke with on July 1st that said she couldnt help. I informed her that I didnt want to speak with her and that I wanted to talk to her supervisor. When I finally got on the phone with a supervisor she said that she had to reach out to corporate. She called me today 7/11 to tell me that they will NOT issue me a refund. So now I am out of $170 and park tickets and never even stepped foot into Noahs Ark. I would like my money back. They cant do this to people. Not to mention 10 minutes after arriving at Noahs ark it started to rain so we wouldnt have been able to enjoy the water park anyways

    Noahs Ark advertises the buy 3 get 1 free passes for July of 2022. However, the website does not tell you to only click that link to get them. If you click on the "buy for a specific day" pass (which I presumed you have to do as I was buying tickets for juniors and the Buy 3 Get 1 Free option does not have an option for juniors), it does not tell you that you can still do the buy 3 get one free pass. Since I am taking several juniors with me, I chose the "buy a specific day" passes and one parking pass. When I got to the receipt (after I paid--showing in the cart were 6 passes and 1 parking pass) I see 7 tickets on my receipt and 2 parking passes. I called and am told that since the reservations company is in Spain, they can refund my parking pass but it may take up to a month. Noah's Ark will not do anything about the fact that I bought one more pass than I needed because their website does not explain the process well. I asked what they could do to make it right and their response was "Nothing." After several minutes, I asked to speak to a manager. "She's not available." I ask her last name but I am denied that information and told perhaps I can call back and get it later today. I can also "move the ticket to a different day" but I do not live in the Dells or nearby. Overall, Noah's Ark charged me $50 more than they should have and refuse to do anything to fix the situation.
