My parents have been through **** with Mountaineer Ford. For weeks upon weeks....both vehicles were in their shop with NO LOANER VEHICLE even offered DESPITE the urgency of my dad who was (at that time just beginning his chemo treatments) having no other option but to drive my mother to and from work....clear fork to beckley. Even upon taking the time myself to make a call along with an in person stop myself after 2 weeks of no return phone call explaining that my poor dad had been so sick recently he had passed out one morning. After the RUN AROUND my parents were finally offered a loaner vehicle that they only had a few days before being told "magically" my mother's vehicle was now fixed. That should have been a relief to the situation....but it gets better. They actually lied that her vehicle was fixed and now have completely dusted their hands of even attempting to make it right. My dad has ALWAYS done business here...purchased numerous vehicles...spent $1ks upon $1ks of dollars over the years on repairs that he honestly could have had my husband or other smaller shop do for who knows how savings......I am disgusted at the way my parents have been treated and I would NEVER recommend people trusting to invest their hard earned money into any vehicle from here unless you are FULLY content with your business meaning nothing other than signing for a new vehicle because service after the sale......ends when you pull off that lot. I SAID WHAT I SAID. GO TELL IT ON THE MOUNTAIN!
