Beware of this shady business. They employ high pressure sales tactics and are dishonest. They made up a lie on our loan application to get it approved. We had a large down payment in cash and they wanted it, so they fluffed up our application without our consent. This is literally fraud. We have long since paid off this car but I wouldn’t trust buying anything from them. They also charged us almost 10k over MSRP and didn’t explain how much the warranty they suckered us into was. Really shameful. I hope people read these reviews and make a better choice to buy their vehicle elsewhere

Don't go there . . . just don't!!!!!! We went to purchase a new vehicle at a price advertised on tv. The salesman (Nathan) said that ad was a mistake and they didn't have any new cars at that price but he had a certified pre-owned used car he thought we would be interested in. It was nice and we ended up purchasing it. After signing the papers, they handed my husband a key. My husband asked for the second key and was told there was only one key with the car. I asked Nathan if he had asked the previous owner for the second key and he said he never bothers with that. I called the manager (Bill) and asked him about a second key and he said if we had requested a second key before the paperwork was signed they would have gotten us one but not now. We didn't know until after the paperwork was signed and they handed us the key that it was the ONLY key. They told me it would be $450 for a new key or I could use their key vendor and have one made for $250. He said he would have Nathan call us with the information for the key vendor. Didn't hear back from Nathan and called him repeatedly throughout the week but he wasn't taking our calls. Finally had to return to the dealership and Nathan said Bill didn't give him a message to call and Bill said he guessed he just forgot. The lack of professionalism and condescending attitudes are unbelievable. It's like a daycare center without a supervisor. They have bad attitudes with childlike behavior. They are more trouble than they are work and once you've signed the paperwork, they have no more use or respect for you. Terrible experience.

I woud never buy a car from here. They had me between a rock and a hard place. I had to buy a car in a hurry because my cars engine blew while driving from pittsburgh pa to Georgia. I couldnt rent a car. It was a long day. I bought the 1st car they showed me only to get back on the road. I paid 42,811.00 for a car that is only worth 32,000 per kelly blue book. I had a new guy do my paperwork and I caught a 4,000 charge and I asked him what that was for and he said for warranty and he had to make up 4,000 somewhere to make up for not selling enough cars. I said no way and all of a sudden he had a coupon for extra warranty for 2,500. I accepted that however, after a long 2 days when i looked over the paperwork they over charged for taxes and they charged me for 399.00 for theft of my car. The financial guy NEVER went over any of my paperwork. which by law he is supposed to. I have talked to a manager about the 399.00 and he said they GIVE that to everyone. He didnt give me anything. He charged me for something I didnt want. Now i see the error in the taxes. I pray they do the right thing and reimburse me for the taxes and the agws inc payment for something i didnt want. Also, they already added a 3,999.00 for market adjustment anyways so why are they charging me more. Dishonesty is not good for business.

I purchased a car from Cole automotive and later found out that Subaru doesn't advised dealers to charge a local market adjustment. I ended up paying $3500.00 for local market adjustment also I paid $1000.00 for delivery which I did not pre order this vehicle it was already coming to the dealership. I traded in a vehicle which they value at $1500.00 and also put $6000.00 down to get the car at the listed msrp. After all this the sales manager Sami called and basically harass me about leaving a bad review with Subaru. He called me a bad person and dishonest while he yelled over the phone to me. This is not how you handle customer service nor treat a paying customer who just spend alot of money at your establishment.
