My car was repossessed by this company last night. After I handed him the keys and went inside the house he proceeded to tell my spouse he needed to come in and beat my ass. He would not allow me to have the plate off of my car. All I want is my seat covers, items in the back seat pouches and in my glove box.Business Response

My car was repossessed by this company while my keys were still in the car. They ended up taking my personal belongings before they even got to the tow yard so of course it’s not all documented. I have who took my car on video and they keep saying it was a man when it was clearly a woman. My things were not even in the right storage bay when I arrived. The storage building was not locked. At any time I could have went and got it when I first arrived without speaking to anyone. My things were not well taken care of which they have a legal responsibility to do. They have had multiple complaints filed on them before I do not know how they’re still in business.Business Response

The vehicle was brought to our lot and property was inventoried and removed. All property that was in the vehicle was released to the customer when she came to pick up the property. We verified that with the agent and driver. That info was also all provided to her finance company and our client. The property inventory list was signed by the customer when she picked up the property. The property that she is stating is missing, was not in the vehicle when we secured it.Customer Answer

I had a Jeep repoed and they stole my hi lift Jack my ds18 sound bar 2 8 in tower speakers all the way down to the rubber duck valve stem covers off of my Jeep and told me that it left their lot the way it left my house and I have video of my Jeep pulling on to the auction lot with all of the above items missing!!!!Business Response

My car was repossessed on Jan. 16, 2023. I made arrangements to get it back on the 20th. First I was given the wrong address to pick up my car, and a guy called me and said he would send a guy over to get me cuz I was at the wrong location. So they take me to an impound lot in St. Albans and load my things back in my car. When I got home I realized that I had no license plate, all my papers from my glovebox were gone-registration, etc. and my wallet with my SS Card, Insurance cards, etc. I called and told the guy and he said just to tell the cops if I get pulled over what happened and they’d look for it. Never did hear from him again. The woman at the main office of F5 took my info and said to email a list of things to her and she’d get back with me. This was all on Jan 20th, today is Feb. 3rd and I still can’t get ahold of anyone or heard back from anyone about getting my things back.Business Response

My items from my vehicle were left out in the rain ruining everything including medications. The real issue I have is the agent took my firearms to his personal residence then stated there were only 2 when there were 3 so I’m not sure where the one that is unaccounted for went. Have tried to get with the company for over a week now to find my missing pistol but no response back.Business Response

My car was repossessed on Friday 11/11/22. I was not allowed to pick it up although they already had the release from my loan company. I was told I had to wait until today, 11/14/22. I was not allowed access to my personal belongings in the car. I picked the car up today and there was substantial damage to the bumper from the tow truck.Business Response

In regards to the complaint from ******* ********. We received the redemption release giving us permission to release the vehicle to her Fri, Nov 11 at 2:40 PM. Everything is set up for release on the next business day after we receive the redemption release. Which in this case was 11/14. So the redemption of the vehicle and property went exactly according to our company policy, which her finance company is aware of as well.
In regards to the claim of damage, she has not contacted our office or mentioned any damage to the vehicle at all.
