      My husband and I bought a double wide from Charleston Home Center in 20-21 and they delivered us the wrong double wide. Everything in the double wide was not what we had ordered. Some of the issues in the house has not been fixed and if they have been fixed they’re half done and look awful. We aren’t able to use our master bathroom shower, master bathroom tub is backwards too. wrong countertops all throughout the house. only replaced in kitchen and 2 of the bathrooms, still not replaced in the master bathroom. They ripped my daughter’s carpet up in her room and it’s still not fixed. I want something done about this.

      In response to your email dated June 6, 2024.

      Charleston Home Center has completed all of its contractual obligations relating to the home purchased by Mr. and Mrs. *******.

      The Manufacturer of the home, Champion Homes - *******, is responsible for scheduling and performing any necessary "Warranty Related" repairs on the ******* home. Chris S************ Service Manager at ******* has tried to reach out to this customer numerous times by email, telephone and text and received no response whatsoever.

      I have forwarded a copy of this email to the Chris S***********, Service Manager, at ******* Homes.

      If the *******'s still feel that they are having problems with a defect in the manufacture or installation of their home, or with obtaining warranty service, they may seek administrative assistance with the West Virginia Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Board at *************  I personally sent them the information to pursue assistance with the WV Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Board. The customer also signed a form at closing notifying them of their right to seek assistance and this form was provided to them, along with the other items that were signed by them at closing.
