Came in for a tire rotation on 10/26/23. Lug nut covers came off during service. Marty's Tire said that the vehicle was still driveable and that the covers were ordered. Stated that it would take 3 days for the covers to come in and that I could bring the car back in for them to fix free of charge. It is now 11/28/23 and still no word on covers or when they will be in. Contacted the business several times and stopped in once to see why there was no progress on the issue. Every time I have been told that they're still waiting on the parts and that they'll contact me when the parts come in. I have been told 4 different dates on when the parts will come in and each day I call to check and see if they've arrived yet. However, they have still not arrived and there is a different excuse each time. They will not give me a set date on when the parts will come in and change it each time I call. I cannot change tires without a regular lug wrench or buying additional parts in the instance of a flat. I want confirmation on when the parts will arrive and for them to finish the job free of charge as originally stated.
