    7/25/2022 ********* ****** Letter for breach of contract: ****** *** ***** **** **** ******** ****** ********* *** *****  Contractor website address and PO mailing: J an I Roofing ****** ***** ** ******* **** ********* ** ***** **** * ******** *********************  Dear Jessee Moats:, DBA J an I Roofing: As per our written contracts dated, the 7th of March, 2022 for **** **** ******* ********* ** ***** and the 10th of March, 2022, for **** ******** ******* ******** WV, 26060. These re-roofing and chimney removal contract’s were to be both completed by the 14 and 25th of July, 2022. Work has not begun, completed, nor communicated with the status. I have prepaid you 50% of job totals, that was due at agreement time by checks in the amount of $3620.88 for **** Street and $3664.75 for ******** Street on March 15, 2022. These checks were cashed the following day. I have previously contacted you multiple times for status of job and communication on the following dates: April 15, May 4, May 11, June 21, June 23, July 5, and July19th with no start dates given. I am asking you to rectify this agreement and repay the deposits back to me for services not provided as you are in breach of our agreement. I have given ample time and patience and weather has been accommodating for this work. I wish to have my refund no later than the end of the month, July 31, 2022, so I may hire another contractor to complete the work. Please contact me as soon as you receive this letter. I am willing to pick up check in person or receive a certified check my mail.
