Want Beltone/Sharkey to stop sending junk advertisements to my address. Addressing to myself and the name (******) of another person that I do not know, and has never lived at my address. For YEARS, Beltone Hearing Aid Co/Sharkey has been sending unwanted junk adverts to me and I want them to cease and desist. NOW!!! I am not, nor have I ever been, nor will I ever be a customer of this dysfunctional company. I have called the WV office, both Lexington, KY ***** *** *********** ** *** **** ********** **) offices and had a live chat with an employee in the WV office. She told me the local offices have control over the mailing list and that deletions or changes would have to happen thru them. The local offices tell me they do not have access to the mailing list and that it comes directly from the WV office. The local offices blame corporate for the mailings and corporate blames the local offices. I want them to stop harassing me with their junk mail. This merry-go-round of blame is more than aggravating and accomplishes nothing. I tried writing “refused, return to sender” on these junk mail envelopes, but my mail lady told me they just toss them. All of the junk mail has a return address of: *** *** *** *********** ** ****** The postage permit is *** *********** ** ****** *** **** I want my name, any name they are associating with my address in error ( ******) and my address, permanently removed from all further contact from Beltone/Sharkey (********* ******** ****** ****** * ******) and any other company with which they are affiliated. Our city no longer picks up junk mail at the curb for recycling, I must store it, load it up and transport it to a recycle center to dispose of it. I have never requested this junk and have tried to have it stop. You are my last hope.Business response

We have removed this person from all mailing lists so they will not receive any further advertisement from our company.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
