      In November 2023, ***** Tri-State Heating & Cooling, Inc. sent a representative to our home to advise us how to best repair the heating and cooling system. After no more than a minute or two spent in our home, the representative provided no useful service or competent opinion – as a matter of fact, he stated that we did not have ductwork in the upstairs of our home and there was nothing the company could do for us. A later contractor informed us that we do, in fact, have the necessary ductwork. On top of this, the company continues to send us invoices of $100.22 for services we did not, in fact, receive at all. My wife called the company to complain – she was promised the owner would call her back, but he never did. This was dishonest and insulting. I would like the harassment of continuous bills to cease since I feel that, because the (non-existent) service was completely incompetent and utterly worthless, I should not have to pay.
